Very helpful when I called to enquire about cutting different sized pieces for a large re-carpeting of house job. Fast delivery and again helpful delivery man who used common sense and was patient. Overall I would highly recommend "Floor to your door" to my friends and use them again without hesitation. Great value for money and I couldn't find the carpet anywhere else for less.

From start to finish I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. Very competitive prices which I was a little dubious about but when the carpet arrived I was very pleased with the quality.

We found floor to door very good and high quality. This is the second time we have used them. We have found it a cheaper way to get our carpets and have found them to be of good quality. They deliver on time and customer care is good- ringing to check we have received them and are happy with the order.

Very helpful when called for advice and the carpet I ordered was confirmed promptly by phone and email and delivered ontime. Albeit I was told that the delivery is kerbside the delivery driver was extremely helpful and delivered to inside the front door. Pleased with the whole experience - thank you

We viewed the company on line and found their customer care and advice when ordering exceptional. The carpet arrived on the day as advised. The price was extremely competitive and we would definitely use them again.

Top quality underlay, gripper and door plates at a fraction of the prices charged by carpet shops. Great service, delivered on time. Don't be fooled by offers of 'free' fitting when you buy the carpet shop's over-priced underlay; buy all your gear from here and pay for the fitting.

Used them for the first time. Placed order and within 5 minutes a phone call to tell there was a stock issue. Items replaced for something else and no big issue. Customer service excellent (Brad is a good guy and knows his stuff) and will definitely use again as they they kept me informed which is what you want. A delivery text update from carriers is needed for me to give a 5 star review, but am sure this is something they can look at in the future. Delivery was all fine and the agency driver they used was brilliant (calm and collected and very helpful). Pat....

Ordered a carpet Saturday night on line,someone phoned me first thing Monday morning to confirm,bank transfer and delivery sorted out,delivered Wednesday!! What more can you ask for!! Scott clark

Ordering over the internet is daunting but we phoned and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us advise on the carpet we had selected and how to get the best wear from it. The carpet arrived on the day agreed. The delivery person helped us to get the carpet to our door. The carpet has been fitted and it is exactly as we expected and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using this company again and have recommended them to family and friends.
