I had a question about the product, which was answered promptly and clearly - very helpful. The item was delivered really quickly too. I can’t comment on the actual item, as it was a gift for my granddaughter and it isn’t her birthday yet.

I emailed the company about packaging (I’d bought the item through Amazon but had to return it as it was damaged). I received an immediate reply so I then ordered the item from Floss and Rock. It came the next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. Fantastic service!

There was an issue with the rucksack we received as a present. Customer services were so brilliant at sorting a replacement. The rucksack is great op. Quality zip! And my son gets compliments on how unique it is!

Great quality water bottles, my son loves them. We’ve gone though so many different brands over the years and these are by far the best quality. I also had an issue with the lid and the team at Floss & Rock were superb and resolved it really quickly. I’d highly recommend them and their products (especially the bottles).

Delivery was quick, but unfortunately my package arrived damaged. I contacted them by e mail, and immediately they were so apologetic and sent an immediate replacement, great customer service!. The toy was the perfect present for my grandson, well made and very colourful and tactile.

My original order arrived promptly with updates along the way, and inspite of it being the incorrect item this was quickly rectified and the correct item arrived within 48 hours along with a full apology and encouragement to keep the original item. I would certainly be happy to order from them again.

We purchased a water bottle from them and unfortunately the lid broke. I reached out to their support to see if I could purchase a new one and Denise was kind enough to send me a new one.
