Great customer service

Great products that are firmly establishing themselves in Salty Dog Emporium. A friendly team that are supportive of a small independent traditional toy shop such as mine. It is also good to see how Floss and Rock are working hard to make their products far more sustainable, which is important to me.

My children love these activity books! High quality and beautiful designs.

I wasn’t aware of the brand Floss and Rock until a couple of weeks ago when my granddaughter received a magnetic dress up doll which quickly became her Favourite plaything. Having had a look at their website I saw A wide variety of toys based on interests such as cars or dinosaurs. My order arrived the next working day - very well packaged - and I was very pleased at how the toys lived up to what I’ve seen on the website.

Truly exceptional customer service! I had a slight fault on one of the products - not only they replaced it with no charge but also provided a small unexpected present to provide a long-lasting feeling of being a valued customer. The products overall are of a good quality and the cutest design. My 4 y.o. loves her set from Enchanted series - I am sure it will last for years to come.

I bought two puzzles for my grandson who loves them. There was an issue with one of the puzzles which was addressed quickly and efficiently. The puzzles are super and the after sales service impeccable, Would highly recommend.

My daughter was disappointed to find a puzzle piece missing when she put together her new puzzle that her grandma had got her for Christmas. My mum contacted the supplier regarding the missing piece and they’ve been outstanding with their response- really helpful, patient and are now sending her a new puzzle. Thanks so much!

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the Learn to draw - Jungle, it’s a great quality product and a reasonable price. I haven’t used this company before but it will be my 1st choice from now on, I can’t rate it highly enough.
