Excellent customer service
After complaining about a product we received that didn’t work properly, the customer care we received was just wonderful! Not only did we get a new product that works perfectly we also received a free transfer fun book, which my daughter has loved doing. Thank you for your care and attention

Products great. Nice to find a tin tea set rather than a plastic one.
Delivery was a little slow but I think that is due to Royal Mail.

Website was user friendly and items ordered were nicely made, colourful and arrived very quickly. Loved the way they were wrapped with a bow but would have given five stars if I could have examined my purchases without spoiling the look when removing ribbon. Would recommend

I'm not kidding when I say wow. They've got great products, for sure. My kids love everything they've got from Floss & Rock. But the real big thing here, besides great products, is amazing customer service. And I do mean amazing.
