Didn't love the quality of the pencils
Didn't love the quality of the pencils, the paper on the case was all bunched up and didn't look particularly nice, especially given I bought it to gift to someone.
Edit: editing review to say the customer service afterwards was wonderful. It sounds like this was definitely a one off occurrence and they are clearly keen to make sure their customers have the best quality products and experience.

I first discovered their “safari collection” with their matching card sets and the magnetic scenes and wow they are all so so beautiful!
