Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 59 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant disappointment with the product quality, frequently receiving flowers that were described as half-dead, wilted, or sparse upon arrival, often not resembling the advertised images [S-1, S-2, S-3, S-11, S-12]. This led to a general consensus that the flowers were a waste of money and of poor quality, especially considering the price [S-2, S-22, S-32, S-38, S-42]. The delivery service also received criticism, with reports of late deliveries, damaged packaging, and flowers being left at incorrect addresses [S-47, S-54, S-60, S-94, S-95]. Some people also felt that the pricing was too high for the quality received, noting that similar or better bouquets could be purchased elsewhere for less [S-22, S-32, S-38, S-80, S-108].

I received what was supposed to be a…

I received what was supposed to be a thank you gift from my granddaughter . The bunch of flowers were in crushed tissue paper held together with masking tape and folded ( yes, the bunch was folded) in a box that was too short for them and not designed for flowers at all. Half of the stems were broken through and several heads were broken off, with petals dropping as I tried to rescue them. It was such a disappointment and a complete waste of money. I let my daughter know and she rang customer service. They clearly didn’t care and thought a refund would do. The quality of the flowers and their delivery box was shameful. Do not go near them if ordering flowers on line!

I'd give no stars but can't

I'd give no stars but can't. Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days later. Never arrived. Contacted Next complaints but flowers still not delivered although assured they'd arrive albeit a day later. Can't comment on the actual flowers! Will be cancelling my order today.

Poor quality generally

submitting the order was painless but the flowers that arrived were smaller bunch than picture, lacking diversity of flowers and just looked a sad reflection of the Next picture.

Flowers not delivered

Seeing as I can’t leave a zero rating it will have to be a one star and even that’s too generous.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific day due to being a special occasion.
Flowers did not arrive on day of delivery and no communication from next to say they hadn’t been delivered.
Contacted customer service to be told that the delivery had been delayed. No answer given as to why this wasn’t communicated.
As a reputable company I expect more.Order cancelled and won’t be using again.

Shocking

I ordered flowers for someone's 60th birthday and picked a lovely looking bouquet from the website. Originally I arranged the delivery for the day before the big day but Next emailed me to say due to circumstances beyond their control the cancelled the order. Disappointing but I still have a day to play with so ordered again. The big day arrives and I bet your ahead of me now, Next cancelled again, no explanation.
NEXT, if you cant deliver than stick to clothing, you mess with peoples emotions when you cancel with no come back on you!
Shocking, will never use Next for flowers again!

Please don't waste your time and money

Ordered flowers 2 weeks before Mothers day with a specified delivery date. We don't live nearby so the flowers were very important. Guess what, they did not arrive! No email, no explanation, no refund, nothing from Next. A HUGE disappointment all round. Looked into the account on the tracking and the flowers did not even leave the warehouse with words underneath saying 'there is a problem with your order' Nearly a month later after ordering I have just had to make a call to ask why they were not delivered - (no explanation) and to get a refund. What a terrible service. Next - please stop trying to be a flower service, it doesn't work and we were let down badly.

Dead flowers for Mother’s Day

I am very disappointed. My son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. They are well past their best. 4 of the 5 roses were delivered rotten with 3 brown heads laying loose in the box. The rest have dying yellow leaves and wilted heads.

Mother’s Day flowers from Next dead or wilting

Mother’s Day flowers from next arrived and were either dead on arrival or wilting. I’ve just sent them a complaint by email and have had automated response saying that they get back “typically” in 48 hours. Like some other reviewers on here, I wouldn’t want my son to know, so I doubt that I’ll get anywhere. Will never use this service myself and will advise others not to.

Half dead, sparse, wilted flowers delivered at 6.30pm on Mother’s Day!

My Mother’s Day flowers were delivered at 6.30pm so my poor mum thought she’d been forgotten most of the day. They arrived eventually but nothing like the picture, hardly any flowers, sparse, wilted, half dead. Incredibly disappointing. The customer service pages don’t even work properly in the app and just return error messages and WhatsApp sends you in a cycle of AI hell asking the same questions over and over then saying the postcode doesn’t match the account (which it does) and making you start over so you can’t even complain and get help. Horrendous service. 0 stars. Never again.

Gave 1 star as can’t give anything…

Gave 1 star as can’t give anything lower. Had next flower delivered via moonpig to my mother in law. What turned up was nothing short of a joke

All broken, some just green stems with no flowers on and the others withered.

Next you should be ashamed this is what you are sending out to people.

Had my Mothers day flowers delivered yesterday through Moonpig, absolutely disgusting, dead, mouldy and completely withered, the florists that made this bouquet up needs retraining. I told my daughter they were lovely as I didn't want to upset her

Contacted Moonpig and they are sending a replacement, they were really good.

Hints of brown !!!!!!!

The flowers were crushed and rose petals were brown, the sunflowers had brown petals and there was a green stem minus the flowers. As a Mother’s Day gift it was a shocker. There was no attempt to make the ‘ bunch’ of flowers attractive . Poor, poor show .

Today I received a bouquet of flowers…

Today I received a bouquet of flowers from my daughter for Mother’s Day. I must tell you how dissatisfied I was. The Stocks were limp and slimy. I have not reported this to my daughter as I do not want her to know the flowers she chose were it up to a standard she would expect me to receive. I will gladly send a photo of the flowers you sent to me. I would like a response to this review.

My daughter sends me next flowers on…

My daughter sends me next flowers on mother's day. I have told her not to saying a card would suffice. They do not live in Scotland or mainland UK. I have tried to be diplomatic about it but if the flowers I received were currently in a vase in my house the majority of them would be binned . . .wilted, dried up, discoloured. At least the gerber daisy's are ok but the rest are a bucket job!! Other flowers she sent me from next haven't been worth putting in a vase. I tried to complain directly to next which is impossible without using my daughters details and account. I certainly am not going to ask my daughter for those details and not phoning next on a 0300 number. I will write to them in the old fashioned way, paper ink and a stamp. They have my address therefore in this day and age should be able to track order without my daughters details.
When we live in an economy where money is tight I find it disgusting that a company this large thinks it's absolutely ok to send crap to people and then make it so difficult to send a basic email to complain. I will never personally buy from them again across any department
