I received what was supposed to be a thank you gift from my granddaughter . The bunch of flowers were in crushed tissue paper held together with masking tape and folded ( yes, the bunch was folded) in... See more

Next Flowers arrived dead and wilting
Next Flowers arrived this morning for birthday. Most of the flowers were in a poor state and all the roses were dead. Absolutely aweful and waste of money.
This is the second time receiving Next Flowers in poor state. Suggest Next get out of the flower business if they can’t supply a quality experience.
Absolutely appalling flowers
Absolutely appalling flowers! Ordered a bouquet in a hatbox, received letterbox flowers (be warned as apparently this is how all the flowers come) that were nothing like the picture and half dead.
Complained to Next about their false advertising. I will never order flowers from Next again!!
Half dead flowers
If I could rate as 0 stars, I would. I was very foolish by not reading these reviews before I ordered. I ordered the pink alstroemeria fresh flower bouquet, to be delivered to a friend who is having a hard time, due to health issues.
I could not believe the state of the flowers when they arrived. More than 50% of them were almost dead, there wasn't as many stems as there should have been. They didn't improve after being put in water.
Frankly I was embarrassed to send them as a gift. I was appalled.
I complained and a replacement bouquet was sent, which was only slightly better. About 30% half dead. Again they did not improve when put in water.
I will never order from Next again and if anyone from Next reads this review, I suggest you change suppliers.
I ordered The Chateau by Angel…
I ordered The Chateau by Angel Strawbridge White Rose and Agapanthus Fresh Flower Bouquet at a cost of £40. I am appalled by the poor quality of the flowers. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture and was definitely not worth the money.
I will never order flowers from Next again
Very disappointed
Very disappointed when flowers arrived as looked nothing like picture. The box they arrived in was bashed and as a result the hat box for flowers was also damaged. Definitely not worth the money ended up having to go to the supermarket and buy a couple more bunches of flowers to fill the bouquet out. For what I paid for the flowers from Next I could have bought five bunches of flowers from the supermarket and they would have been far superior.
Extremely disappointing quality and packaging.
Sadly, family members have been sending me flowers from Next for my birthday and Christmas for some long time now. However, the quality is always VERY poor, both with their fresh flowers and planted ones in pots. Always damaged in some way and almost dead, plus not reviving. But up until now, I haven’t been able to tell family how awful they are. (Not a very nice thank you to relatives for their gift, but they are wasting their money.) So from now on, I will have to let them know😞. It’s just gone on too many times.
Don't waste your money....
My wife received these as a gift from a friend after extensive surgery. As in other reviews the quality on delivery was poor (battered and bent box didn't help....), and flowers looked dead. Nonetheless, I mixed the solution and put them in a vase as directed. Day 2 they were no better so went in the bin. I complained to Next and another box was sent out and it was a case of history repeating itself.... day 2 they went in the bin again.
I complained again, offered a voucher to the value of the flowers which we refused, and a 3rd box was sent out. By the end of day 2 they had perked up, and put on display but they are nowhere near the standard of fresh cut flowers. The pictures on the website look very appealing, but if you're thinking of ordering some for a friend as a gift perhaps, don't be taken in by the website pictures, they are not a true representation and I'm quite sure Next will not put photo's of flowers in an open delivery box on their website.
Don't waste your money ......
Absolutely diabolical
Absolutely diabolical. I ordered flowers for my mums 70th birthday to be delivered, there was in issue with payment 3 times so I called customer services to confirm the order which they did. They were not delivered on the day they should have been so I spent 30 mins on the phone to customer services, who told me I had mistakingly ordered them on the wrong day despite me calling and confirming with customer services, and I was told they would be delivered the following day. The next day I was told that they had been delivered and left in a porch, with a photo, however my mum was in all day and the flowers were not delivered. My mum doesn’t even have a porch. When I called DPD they confirmed that the flowers had been delivered, but not at the address stated (despite all my confirmations saying they had been delivered to the correct house!!). I would absolutely not recommend using this service unless you want a severe headache, and I hope whoever does have my flowers has a nice surprise.
Not delivered
Flowers were ordered and due for next day delivery. I assumed they had been delivered but was surprised the recipient had not contacted me. I checked the tracker, clicked on "ordered not delivered" to find my order had been cancelled and I would be notified when a refund had been processed. However bouquet is still on their website available for delivery!!
I trusted the Next brand, I should have read the reviews, lesson learnt! Dreadful service
I will never use again. *Edit : I have since been in touch with Customer Service who dealt sympathetically with my complaint and issued a full refund, I am satisfied with the outcome. It turned out the flowers had been delivered but the tracking site told me it had been cancelled. Mixed messages!
Terrible and unacceptable quality flowers
I ordered flowers for my daughters wedding anniversary, they were dead, mouldy flowers, that looked like they had been prepared days earlier. Second bouquet arrived a few days later, left at the door with damaged packaging, not left with neighbour as requested. She had to throw away some of the flowers. I am really surprised at Next sending out flowers that are abysmal.
Very disappointed with the dead flowers…
Very disappointed with the dead flowers delivered to my friend on her birthday, they looked nothing nothing like the one advertised on the website and the flowers are dead! I am very disappointed by Next, very disappointed indeed.
Disgusting flowrrs and embarrassing for the gift giver. the
Gave 1 star because I can't give 0. I eas sent these for my birthday. I took delivery of the box as I was at home and immediately put them in a vase of water following the instructions on the packaging. They looked a bit sad but I thought they'd perk up. 24 hours later they are almost dead. Next flowers are not cheap and I felt awful having to tell the person who sent me the gift but I could not see them being ripped off. They contacted Next who have offered to replace. We'll see what they are like when they are delivered.
Absolutely dreadful flowers
Absolutely dreadful . Dead in 2 days even though I cut them and put in another vase . Difficult as someone sent them as a gift and I don’t want to upset them by telling them they are rubbish . Next should be ashamed it gives them a poor reputation
DEAD LOOKING FLOWERS
I was sent a bouquet for my Birthday and quite honestly, was shocked by the condition of the flowers - which didn't just look 'tired after their journey' (as quoted on care instruction card) but DEAD!!! Not the thing you want to be seeing, or expect to see on what's supposed to be a happy occasion!
Don’t waste your money
This is the third lot of flowers I have been sent by Next and I can honestly say what a waste of money! All three deliveries have been with dead and a sparse amount of flowers! Unfortunately they were sent by friends so I can’t let them know. But seriously don’t bother there are much better on line flower shops out there!
Don't bother dead after 2 days
Received a rose in ceramic pot following a bereavement looked lovely to start with but died after two days. Left with brown twigs in a pot. Shame as they had so much potential. I followed all the instructions. Can't bring myself to tell my friend as she would be deverstated.
Do arrive looking dead, but perk up in water
A friend ordered these flowers by mail for me, at first I was surprised how they looked, they looked dead, but after putting them in a pint glass of water, as my vase was too big, they have since opened up and look ok.
I wouldn’t personally order these from Next, as at £20 they are expensive for what you get, and such a small bunch too.
Dried up and small bunch of flowers
I received the White Posy letterbox arrangement from a friend on the death of my mum and a week later I’m still waiting for most of them to open! It looks nothing like the picture on the website and is not worth the £20 she paid for them. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone based on my experience.
Abysmal!
Chose a bouquet advertised as being arranged in a vase for a friend … what was delivered was a jam jar with what looked like 6 wilting weeds!!! I was mortified when I saw them & will definitely not be purchasing flowers from Next again!
Ordered flowers for my wife's 60th…
Ordered flowers for my wife's 60th birthday,I was embarrassed box was battered and inside was a handful of dead weeds.my wife was upset, didn't expect this from next.
