I received what was supposed to be a thank you gift from my granddaughter . The bunch of flowers were in crushed tissue paper held together with masking tape and folded ( yes, the bunch was folded) in... See more

Absolute disgrace
Recieved a bereavement bouquet ..none of the flowers came out of bud dried up and withered..complained and got another bouquet sent again 2days and withered and binned...complete waste of money..
Overpriced & Poor Quality Flowers
Ordered flowers from Next thinking that they would be high quality, particularly as their prices are pretty high. The flowers arrived on time, but I was amazed at how small the bouquet was. Having spent £50 the bouquet was the same size as a £12-£15 supermarket one. To add salt to the wound, the flowers are wilting after just 2 days, even though the stems were trimmed and flowers put into water with supplied feed immediately.
Sorry Next, you need to stick with the products you know, namely clothing
Received what looked like weeds
Ordered flowers for my mum's 70th bday. What arrived looked like a bunch of weeds and nothing like the picture. Completely ruined the surprise and was just embarrassing. Spent an hour on the chat to get resolved. Will never order flowers from next again.
Dreadful! What can I say?
What can I say!! Used Next on 2 occasions and were bitterly disappointed with both. Sent some flowers to my Sister recently for an important Birthday the first lot arrived droopy damaged and squashed and the replacements sent were even worse than the original!!
Would never use them again. Disgusting service NEXT. Shame on you…..
70th birthday flowers
Was bought these flowers as a 70th birthday gift. Extremely disappointed with quality. They looked damaged and dead and the box was squashed. Very pleased to have been thought about by friend. Shame faced to tell them the flowers were awful. Shame on you Next.
Poor quality flowers
Will never order flowers to be delivered again from Next. Did not arrive on the date I booked and paid for. Evri courier to blame. Flowers were very poor quality for the price. My first time trying Next flowers but will be the last. I should have read reviews before I ordered with them.
I live on a derelict military site
I live on a derelict military site. Just before Mother’s Day in a remote part of the base a courier through a parcel over a 3m high fence ( barb wire toped and bramble covered). They then reported it as delivered to distant care home. ( I found it and delivered it). I contacted next, I’ve been through three staff who can’t understand I don’t have an account with them. Customer survives appear to be an AI. Delivery appears to be flytipping.

Received as a get well gift they are rubbish. 🙃
Not delivered twice
Flowers ordered for Easter to replace flowers not delivered for Mother's day also not arrived. Dreadful service.
Received flowers on the third complaint…
Received flowers on the third complaint that they didn’t arrive.
Box was crushed , flowers were limp , would even buy them in the reduced section!
Date on the box proved they had been in transit for 2 days .
Rubbish !
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my…
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mums 70th birthday they arrived on time but looked like I had robbed a local grave they were wilted and quite frankly awfully dead i expect better for 75 pounds . Probably one of my mums last big birthdays ruined not at all happy . They have offered a refund but it doesn't change the fact her birthday surprise from us was ruined lesson learnt I will not be using next again
Very poor condition and no flower food as promised!
I received the flowers as a surprise birthday gift having never received them from Next before. I read the "your flowers are sleeping" note with disbelief (they looked dead to me) and noted that there was no flower food enclosed with the package. This was heavily pushed with the explanatory note as being important to revive the flowers. I'll do my best with them but for the price paid I think it was very bad service and not good value at all. I think a lot of companies rely on the fact that the recipient will not complain when the flowers have been sent as a gift and are less than careful with their product as a result.

Received my flowers today The box was battered and the flowers dead. Very disappointed and would not use this service again.
Shockingly poor
Deeply regret using Next (instead of my usual M&S) for Mother's Day flowers. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address, a replacement bunch were sent but they were awful, half dead and bearing no resemblance to the £40 bouquet I had paid for, just a load of cheap carnations and thistles in cellophane.
Ordered a bouquet for delivery…
Ordered a bouquet for delivery yesterday. Aunt stayed in all day, nothing delivered.
Called Next this morning to be told delivery was refused at the address but delivery will be re-attempted today. Absolute rubbish!!!
Late , damaged, dead flowers
Ordered flowers for my Mother in Law , flowers not delivered on day requested , when I called Next to query this I was advised they were too busy yesterday !!
Advised they would be delivered the next day , when delivered left outside , box damaged and bent inwards , flowers were all dead and limp inside the box , very embarrassing for me after checking they had finally arrived to be told this ! Next did offer a full refund but I have now complained because a refund is not the point , the flowers should not be delivered in such a state from a company like Next !
On mothers day I got a box of flowers…
On mothers day I got a box of flowers from next ,when delivered the box was very smashed up.and broken ,then when I opened ghe box the flowers mostly dead and disgraceful I contacted next customer service to which the arranged fir new flowers to.be delivered today 03/04/2025 ,
Once again box was in worse state than the first lot of flowers ,and again flowers very poor, I would advise anybody thinking about next for flowers to think again as people pay a lot of money for flower as gifts and they are so disappointing when they arrive people should vote with their feet and don't go there
The Worst Flowers I’ve Ever Bought
Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews on here before I ordered Mothers Day Flowers from Next. They were the worst flowers I’ve ever bought - I’d have been better off with some for £5 from the supermarket. So much to the point that my mum asked me what they were meant to look like!!
Do Not waste your money on these!
Ordered flowers from then 14 march…
Ordered flowers from then 14 march 2025, flowers were wilted. 6 emails on still no reply! £40 worry of rubbish. These were for a colleague so not my own flowers but I paid for them.
