Hi Aqueel,
Thank you for accepting the invitation and review!
As discussed on eBay, evidence of fraud was found on your account and upon contacting eBay, two additional transactions for digital goods were also reported as "invalid".
You were not scammed. It's impossible the code was redeemed unless you disclosed to a third party. Evidence supports this fact.
The 25-digit Xbox One game code in question was sent and delivered to your email address (the one you're using to review) at exactly 09:19:29 AM GMT on 01 November. Our sending system indicates the code was accessed and downloaded at 09:22:25 AM GMT (minutes later). You then reported the code as invalid hours later at 19:20:27 PM GMT by eBay message.
For the record, all our digital products on eBay are manually validated and verified in a "Ready to be redeemed" state before being dispatched. In the event a code comes back as "Already redeemed" during the validation period, we send another or contact you with full disclosure. Additionally, we source our digital stock from the physical cards and archive them after scanning or typing up as text.
This invitation was manually sent.
Thank you and all the best.
