The whole collection looks amazing and feels great in your hands, everything came in great besides god emperor of dune it got a little damaged but not enough to be concerned about

Very good service but postage for just one book is abit pricey.

From ordering to receiving,everything that Folio offers is characterised by excellence. Ordered on May 20,my parcel arrived June 3.Given the distance,that's very good indeed.

I've always been fascinated by the ads I've seen from Folio, I was lucky to find Pinocchio and Huckleberry Finn at a 2nd hand store in excellent condition.I will keep on buying future books not for me but my grandnieces age 12 and 15 because they love to read and I prefer to get them quality books that they could keep for years to come

The Folio Society is always professional in packing books safely. The processing of my orders has been very prompt, as has delivery. The quality of the books is great.

The book shipped quickly, arrived very well protected, and is absolutely beautiful. Well worth it.

Purchased almost $900 worth of books (Dante's Inferno, Shakespeare's Complete Plays, and Homeric Epics) Inferno and Shakespeare are almost perfect and I adore them. The Homeric epics, unfortunately, do not match the quality of the images on The Folio Society's website. The covers look like faded and worn out old carpet. They lack the saturation and contrast of the images on the website. Of course, some of this is a result of how the books are photographed but the difference is night and day. I reached out to FS to return them and asked them to cover the return shipping. No dice. The customer service representative, while friendly, actually suggested that I try to resell the books on the second hand market instead of shopping them back at my expense. I kind of couldn't believe that but so it is. Now, I'll think twice before purchasing from them again.

Folio Society books are simply the best quality books you’ll get anywhere. And the customer service (when needed - a rare thing) is always first rate as well. And the books hold their value over time, unlike most books.

I already had a hardback copy of this translation but could not resist this wonderful Folio edition. Beautifully bound and illustrated.

I have ordered several books over the last few months. They are beautiful and well made. They are nice to hold, flip through and read. I love the art work in each book I have purchased. The books are well packaged and have arrived undamaged. I like being able to track each package through the email I receive when the order is placed. The books have arrived within the time stated by the delivery service I choose. I have not had reason to reach out to customer service.

You know whatever title you chose from FOLIO, it's going to be a beautiful book !
The wonderful thing about them, besides there prompt service, is that you can always guarantee your purchase will arrive in pristine condition. There careful packing and stout packaging is second to none, I've never been disappointed.
The only small gripe I have, is when I signed up to be notified when a particular book I was after would be back in stock, I heard absolutely NOTHING !! If i had waited for there notification, I could have missed out completely, had I not discovered by lucky chance that the book was back in stock and " trending" .

The website was very user friendly. The book was exceptionally well made and arrived promptly.

Unbelievable fast shipping and packaging!

Ordered 6 books and a set of Shakespear's complete works on a Thursday and they were delivered to my address in USA on the following Monday. Packaging was really carefully put togethor to ensure that there would be no damage, with superior outer and inner boxes and packing. In fact, I don't think that I have ever had anything shipped to me with greater care.

Books are very high quality and just as advertised. I am very much enjoying them.

Folio Society books are always beautiful. So are the ones in this order! The order was nicely packed, arriving free of damage and promptly. (Bearing in mind that they are travelling from England to Australia.)

Everything looks good and met expectations. Delivery took a little while, but that's to be expected for international deliveries.
