Very highly skilled and a professional communication.

Matt was absolutely wonderful in helping me make my flight change for an earlier flight that I had missed. My trip is for a Celebration of Life for my cousin who passed away. His warm manner and excellent customer service helped to calm me down and to make sure I would be there to attend this incredibly important event. THANK YOU, Matt!!!

I had an amazing experience working with Addie and Matt at Fond Travel.
I needed to book travel to go to a NCAA tennis tournament. Because late notice airfare was necessary they were so diligent in getting me the lowest fare. I am so impressed with the marvelous service I received!!! They even called me back after I returned from the tournament to make certain that I was pleased with
their service. I certainly was pleased and will continue using FOND TRAVEL !!

Missed my flight by a few minutes and had to call to reschedule. Dan did an amazing job finding flights that would get me home both within my timeframe and budget, and helped me get a refund for the missed flight. Excellent customer service!

They are most definitely a scam! Check the numbers and make sure they match whichever airline’s official website. They rebooked me but cancelled my ENTIRE itinerary. Good thing American Airlines was able to put me back with a small fee. Do not use this service!!!

I'm not happy with Fond Travels. I originally had a flight from April 21st-28th with allegiant. Something came up I was able to call allegiantair to shorten my trip from 21-25th no charge. I called on the 25th after finding out I could actually stay in Florida until the 28th. Allegiants website said 140 for the difference, fine i tried getting that flight but wasnt able to book online, i called the allegient and was charged $223. It wasn't until yesterday, 4/28/25 when I went to my app to check in and add a bag when I was unable to do so, I called allegiant, they told me my credit card would not go through, I call my bank, they saw nothing on my account where allegiant tried running my card, finally looked at my bank statement and saw this Fond Travel that had taken out an extra charge extending my trip. I've never had allegiant and another party take out for the same flight. Pretty sure these ppl are a scam.

Matt was incredible… He searched and found the very best flights for me that fit my schedule as well as my pocketbook… I really appreciate his great persistence and kind help.

!!!!! RIP OFF be aware! Scammers!!!!! I would like to preface that when I googled Allegiant to change my flight I didn’t double check the number and Fond Travels came up with an Allegiant logo, When they answered I asked, is this Allegiant??? bc they answered the phone unprofessionally. Which should have been the first warning, they didn’t state the name of their company. They simply said yes ma’am this is Allegiant, how can we help you? I went on to change my flights and they charged a $375 change fee for me and my 2 kids. Allegiant only charges 50 a person round trip. I tried to call back and they told me my agent will call me back or a supervisor will call me back but they do not. They ripped me off if of almost 300 dollars. The agent also clarified me multiple times that my $954 refund would be credited to my credit card. Well I waited and called and they said just wait it’s been processed but instead it showed up as a voucher. Which I declined the larger $$ voucher option, by rebooking immediately he said I could get a credit on my method of payment instead. Lies. I will continue to write reviews on every web site about them until they make it right. Do not be scammed by Fond! Travel agencies are not supposed to scam and make money off customers they make money from resorts and airlines. They own me 300 and a refund.

Scam Beware!
Called Southwest air with a number from the internet to check gift card balance. Scammer got my CC info and then booked a flight with somebody else's stolen Frequent flyer points Called SW with different number and they said they would have had to cancel my flight once the stolen flyer's points were discovered.

Do your self a favor book directly from the airlines because you will live a nightmare like me . long story short my flight was cancelled I called customer service to do something about it .an agent named Dan suggested me another flight with more money while waiting for a balance refund in about 7 business days. 3 weeks later I found out I got scammed . I went from $359 to $1470 . I was robbed
Fond travels should be investigated .

A man by the name of Jack made the experience excellent. I wanted him to change a booking date and he did a wonderful job. I gave him high praise because he took his time and made sure I had the right dates as when to go back to Manila Philippines from Boise Idaho. I had to stay longer in Boise, Idaho, so he was good at setting it up. I had one other person on that ticket and he split the ticket which I thought he couldn’t do but he did. So my partner is going back at the regular time and I’m going back at a later date. you’re lucky to have a man such as Jack. He was just getting ready to leave for the day when I called him he’s a loyal employee and he came back to the phone and answered it anyway he could’ve just walked away and not answered it. Like I said he is an exceptional employee. Like I said you’re lucky to have Jack cause you could’ve just walked away and let the phone rang. Lorin Wellman.
