I feel lucky! I am very satisfied and pleased with my reservation David made it so easy and trouble-free. He has helped with all my trip details, ensuring I get the best of everything- price, seat and so on. I am very grateful and thankful, as well as looking forward to my exciting trip home. Allen was my first experience with airline information and I was more than pleased. I am a senior citizen and am not able to understand IT ISSUES. He was so patient with me and he helped me to overcome my my anxiety. Please hire more like him

We found Allen at Allegiant and he was our hero today! We were struggling to get home and Allen saved the day. This was our third cancellation/delay in three days with another major airlines and Allegiant came thru for us.

Scam! I called Southwest Airlines to book a ticket. I found the number online. They even answered Southwest Airlines. It all made sense.
I went ahead and made the reservation and shortly after found two separate bank charges. One for Southwest Airlines and one for Fond Travel LLC.
I immediately called Southwest Airlines - this time I used another number. The Southwest rep saw Fond Travels LLC with their email in the area where my email address was to be. She immediately canceled the ticket, removed the email address, and reissued a new ticket. They also forwarded the scam to their fraud department.

Fond Travels stood by their deceit and did not refund the additional money. They don't realize what they did is break the law, or perhaps do not care.

Sebastian was able to change our flight tonight. He gave us a good discount. Very appreciate it!

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a ticket through one of the giant online travel sites and these guys ran the ticket. I had to change plans and they charged a huge change fee but gave me a travel credit. It is obvious they are now doing everything possible to make sure I don't get to use the credit. In addition, the sales people are unbelievably rude and high pressure.

Jasperr made my experience great! I had a very complicated situation for travel to Croatia for 9 family members. He was so kind, so patient, and so professional. His attention to detail is impeccable. He worked with me until we got every detail worked out. He said he prides himself on providing excellent service and I saw that in action. this ppl are scammers ! they charged my CC but did not issue ticket ! so i went to airport thinking i ve a ticket ! BUT no this idiots took my money did not issue the ticket ., so i ve to purchase another ticket from another airline and wait 5 hours for next flight to my destination ??!!!
after 3 months they still have not issued refund to my CC . i ve called them 5 times already . and each time they have new excuse . still no refund , SCAMMERS

I had a very stressful experience with Fond Travels due to the agency's procedures.
I discussed the flight details over the phone with the Fond Travels' agent, Dan . He sent me by email the flight details and the prices charged by the airline and Fond Travels in Canadian dollars (CA$). I agreed to buy the tickets.
I had to call him again in order to receive the electronic tickets. I started to have doubts.

I verified my credit card. The airline charged my credit card in CA$ ,yet Fond Travels charged my card in US$($955 in place of $660).
I called back and cancelled the tickets in the same day. Dan assisted me on canceling the tickets and told me that the money will be returned on the credit card the next day. Dan's approach was professional and helpful.

The airline returned the amount charged on the card in 2 days.

It took more than a month of stress and calls to recover the money with Fond Travels. I was told that Dan is the only agent who can answer my request but he was not available for days and weeks. A month went by, and I was still struggling to reach Dan and recover my money.

Finally, after more than a month, Fond Travels returned me just CA$913 in place of CA$955.

I hope my review will help improve the Fond Travels' procedure.

Worked with Jonathan, he made everything very easy for me to understand and took enough time to explain everything to me. Was a delight to work with.

What a great experience! Addie our agent was so helpful and so patient with me. I am a retired teacher and if I have to give this young man a grade he would get an E for excellent. I do a lot a traveling and never used a travel agent . I vow from now on to use Addie or Fond Travel in my next trip.

Michelle helped so much in making special needs arrangements for my 85 yo sister.
