I was looking for a present for my sister’s birthday and here I found the perfect gift, really good phone service and polite staff

Great value little quirky gift idea, arrived on time

The team here are first class. We run a kids and young adult performing dance and arts centre. We have been using them during lockdown and really have been great.
Speedy next day delivery, super helpful team and pricing which is loads cheaper than others - 5stars guys - im impressed

The customer service here is a joke. They were rude to me and then when I emailed the manager they insulted me.

Avoid this company. I feel sorry for their workers if this is how they talk to their customers.

Terrible business - order arrived damaged and when I contacted the company about this (very politely) I was spoken to extremely rudely. ‘Paul’ who spoke to me was very rude and spoke to me disgracefully. I honestly don’t know how this business is still running with the way they speak to their customers!! Avoid this business at all costs!

The quality of images were extremely poor. Didn’t get a dispatch email and it arrived 10 days after when they said it would meaning that the birthday gift was never given. When speaking to Paul on customer chat he was incredibly rude, reluctant to help and didn’t accept responsibility for their company and poor customer service. Will not use again and would recommended others not to use them!!!!

I was keen to use an legit company and as they advertise on notonthehighstreet.com i was happy to go ahead and order with them direct! Shouldn’t have bothered.

Talked to Paul via an online chat on their website. Paul was very accomodating at first suggesting my image was not of the right shape so i redid and resent and he said was perfect. He offered to make me 20 mallow lollipops individually wrapped with a green bow. He said once i paid via the paypal request he would send them on Monday.
By Wednesday i hadn’t recieved any emails about dispatch. I contacted him and he said they had been sent but he had been out of the office and therefore my product was not what i requested. This was confusing to me but he offered to send a complimentary batch in future.

Once i collected my order and opened it i was shocked. I had received only 18 mallows, not on sticks, not individually wrapped and with no ribbon. Even worse was the quality of the image and the placement. Many of the mallows were unusable as the text on the image was cut off and images were slanted. 2 mallows were of a completely different colour and so dark you couldn’t even see what it was.

I contacted Paul again and he got very defensive saying i had to return the product and he would refund. I wasn’t willing to do this as that would be at my cost.
He then said was i declining the offer of the complimentary mallows if so he would resolve another way, which obviously was a yes as why would i want a free batch of products that no-one bothers to quality check and you don’t get what you order.

To this day he has still not replied and is ignoring my emails.

He helped me with all my doubts with a lot of patience and professionalism

Great crimbo pressies - they loved the mallow pops and the Mallow Album covers were the talk of the teenagers!

Prompt service and a lovely product.
