Ordered chocolates and was astonished when it arrived and it had somebody else's pictures on them. When I contact them it was a very basic apology and said they would re-send the pictures but I had to use the original box they sent me and I should insert the new chocolates inside. The pictures were of children so I am assuming somebody has my pictures. When I said I was disspointed there was no offer of sincere apology just that I shouldn't assume that somebody has my photo's. I wonder if they have told the person who I have the photo's of that they are sorry. Really unprofessional and to be honest from what I saw from the chocolates that where sent they were really poor quality so glad it went wrong it would have been an embarrassing gift to give someone. Should have believed the bad reviews.

Picture quality is more like smudges and blurs. How they can send this piece of crap out is unreal!! Customer service stinks. 1 short reply from sam and then passed on to a 'Liz' who ignores all your messages. Cant believe how these people rip you off and no courtesy to reply. Demanded a refund and have been refused even though they send bad quality products out. Not how its advertised on their site! Scammers!

Great service, ordered 2 sets of marshmallows at 4pm and they arrived the next day by noon. Pictures look great, yes they aren't as clear as the original digital pictures, but they're printed on marshmallows so they're as good as they can be!
I use them every year for teacher thank you gifts and they are always a hit and so well received. Will definitely be using them again

The images on their website are false representations of what you actually get. I received my order yesterday and it is an absolute mess! The picture quality is so poor it doesn't even deserve 1 star. You cannot even depict a face in the image on the marshmallow. There are scuff marks on them too which ruin the images. The marshmallow with writing on is slanting off the sides. There is coloring coming off onto the plastic that's wrapped around them. The marshmallow itself is of the look of cheap quality. I cannot begin to explain the lack of effort that goes into making these.

I have contacted Foodigital with lackluster responses (long periods of waiting for reply's with short comments they respond with). I have made clear the issues. I was asked for a photo so I sent several over. I pointed out exactly where the issues were and I was told "These are a good representation of the images" - I was enraged and in shock. Thats the best they could say and not acknowledge any of the actual issues I mentioned. They then ignored my messages! Bad people skills, bad communication.. and just bad people.

Foodigital is really a company that doesn't care and only does a bad job.

AVOID PURCHASING!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! YOU WILL GET TRULY MUGGED OFF!! TEN POUND WORTH OF CRAP!!

This company was a delight to work with! I ordered from them as a little present for myself (Cheeky I know!). When it arrived I was overjoyed at the quality, I loved it! The pictures were clear and I honestly was so happy to have found this company. Will be using them again for sure!

One star is one too many. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed my order and it arrived promptly. I cannot describe my shock and disappointment when I opened them. Dreadful quality and printing was unrecognisable from the original photos I submitted.

I sent Foodigital an email telling them I was unhappy and received a very prompt reply asking me to send a photo of the box and contents. I did this immediately including the photos I had sent to them. No response from Foodigital so I sent the email again a week later. Still no response.

This company obviously has no intension of contacting me to rectify the situation. Treating customers like they do is disgraceful and unacceptable and they should not be allowed to continue trading.

Do not waste your hard earned cash - AVOID. They do not deserve your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

do not use this company - pay a little more and go to a reputable supplier. Do some research, but only use them as a last resort. In fact simply do not use them, instead open your wallet and put your money down the drain, you’ll be equally satisfied. Poor, poor, poor experience actually one of the worst.

Order placed in good time, coridial, prompt and efficient correspondence ensued until that is with over 9 days notice due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order.

Four to five emails completely ignored when requesting a refund or compromise as I would have happily rescheduled the order this stage. They only engaged once I completed a dispute with PayPal. At which point I lost all faith, respect, and no longer desired to use them. I requested a full refund, and they declined saying they would give me a credit note?! To be clear, if credit note resolution was offered in the first instance, perhaps it would have been a consideration, the fact it was only offered after an escalation - outrageous. On principle I was not going to take this laying down!

Fortunately PayPal agreed in my favour and they were FORCED to refund my order. Ha!

I am so cross, I have ordered from this company several times before and had no problems, due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t go on my sister in laws hen do abroad so i thought I would send a little box to let them know I was thinking of them. I went on the Foodigital website and it said order before 5pm for delivery tomorrow. It was about 2pm when I ordered and I selected next day delivery. Well they didn’t arrive on the Wednesday and it’s now Saturday and still no sign! My brother has remained at home so I know nothing has been delivered. I have tried via email and phone to contact them for the last 3 days and Foodigital won’t respond won’t give me tracking info even though I paid for next day tracked! I have had one response saying let us know when it arrives! That’s the point it’s not arriving! By now the girls are away and the gift is pointless anyway but I have never been treated in such a shameful way by a company when they didn’t deliver!!!!!!!!! Disgraceful, they are happy to take my money but won’t respond with any postage info or respond to my requests for a refund, well My partner has 50,000 followers on Instagram and if I don’t get an answer from them ASAP I am going to unleash him! People shouldn’t be able to get away with treating customers like this! Ignore me at your peril Foodigital!

Very good product, the quality of the marshmallows and the chocolat is good. The pictures are nice and it also does good impression on people!
