The delivery was very quick and the chocolates were received in plenty of time for Mother's Day. Mum absolutely loved them and was thrilled. Sadly, one of the images on the chocolates appeared smudged. But a great idea at a great price! Thanks guys

I ordered 3 boxes of chocolates for my family's Christmas cake. Order was placed in November, 3 boxes arrived, 1 was damaged and another was someone else's pictures (data protection?). Contacted them and was told to send them back at their cost. Decided to send it back at cost to me so they would definitely receive it. I was asked to resend my pictures, which I did and that was it. I never received any replacements, or replies to my emails or a refund. I even tried to open a claim through PayPal but I don't know what lies they told PayPal but the case was closed and I'm still without the items I paid for and the money spent! NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM!!!!!

Awful experience with this site. My delivery came badly damaged so sent pictures to foodigital. Was told to send the item back and I'll get another sent out. So I did this recorded delivery and was told they had never received it even after sending them proof of reciept. Went silent when asked for a refund. Now pursuing with ombudsman! Do not trust!

Item was ordered using next day delivery but then took 2 weeks to come, I spoke with the owner who said he would reimburse me for the delay in the arrival of the product but then he went silent when trying to obtain my refund

I really hope the owners of this awful scam of a company read this website and realise what nasty people they are. Karma will come back around for sure for all the money from their customers they have in fact stolen.

I ordered the marshmallow pack for my friends birthday. The website looked convincing and I didn't think anything of it. It mentioned dispatch within 24hrs which I thought was great. After waiting 4 days there was no delivery. It has now been over 4 weeks and there is still nothing. I have tried to email using the email address provided on the website - and the email gets sent back as it is not valid. The phone number which appeared on my bank statement, rings and goes through but to voicemail. I have left a message but surprise surprise there is no contact back. I really hope this website can get reported and the company owners and all involved can be tracked by the police and go to jail for fraud. This is completely unacceptable. I was able to get my money back through American Express (luckily) but the fact of the matter that Foodigital still have my money is the fact of the matter. The only positive review they have on this website seems fabricated and most likely written by one of them.

Foodigital you are an awful company. To all future customers please do not use this company at all costs. I have seen that Boomf has great reviews and will now be using them.

I ordered chocolates for my grandsons birthday, i received an email stating delivery within 24 hours, nothing has arrived, i tried to email , email cant be delivered, i tried to phone, cant get through, tried to message on Facebook, no answer. If you want to avoid disappointment ,avoid this company they obviously cant do what they claim to do

I paid for next day delivery for a last minute gift but just like the majority of other buyers, the marshmallows were a no show.

I then tried to chase the order up by using the websites own 'contact us' messaging service. After no reply, I sent an email to the address provided only to find that the email had bounced back.
After ages of scouring the internet for some actual contact information I found this number (07748700210) where I spoke to a man telling me that my order had incorrectly been marked as an "international order" which meant that I would not be receiving it and he said no further information could be given regarding the matter...

I was promised a refund but nearly 4 weeks on and still no marshmallows or refund, nor have I been able to get in contact again.
I have now had to escalate the matter with Paypal who have also tried to contact the seller to no avail.

In a nutshell - stay well away from this company.

I placed an order for the 9 marshmallows for my daughters 18th birthday thinking it would be a nice novelty gift. The order arrived on time but the quality was awful, there were black ink dots all over the pictures, one picture was that blurred you couldn't even see the faces of people in photo. I sent several emails and they finally got back to me and asked for a photo of the said marshmallows. I replied immediately showing them how awful the pictures were and I am still awaiting a reply! Nearly 3 weeks on. Needless to say I had no choice but to give my daughter the smudged marshmallows as they never got back to me to offer replacements or refund. What should of been a nice present turned out to be a joke. I will never ever use this company again and will advise everyone I know to steer clear of them. Avoid and go elsewhere, wish I had.

I ordered on the 22 may the chocolates when they didn't arrive I emailed them, the email wouldn't send so I messaged them on Facebook. I got a reply quite prompt saying they would remake them but they didn't they stopped contact with me and I am now going through PayPal to retrieve my money back. Terrible service

I ordered, in good faith, for my twin girls 18th Birthday. I receieved the two order confirmations, but contrary to the information supplied on their Q&A pages, I did NOT receive a confirmation of dispatch. When orders failed to arrive, initial contact and response seemed polite and helpful and a promise to 're-send' was made. However, after about a week, everything was quiet and there were no responses to my emails.. It was only after I posted a plea for them to get in touch with me on their Facebook page (which was subsequently deleted by them), that I did receive one of the two orders in the post. However, the other item has failed to arrive. Now I am getting the silent treatment - no responses, no explanations, no apologies and no refund!! FooDigital are NOT to be trusted!!

Ordered my marshmallows at 10am and received by 10am the next day! Marshmallows have been laid out lovely in the box and the images look really good. Lots cheaper than other companies and so far seem worth it! Would definitely order again in the future.

Ordered items from this company - when I say ordered - I basically threw my money in the street as no delivery was made and when I questioned this I was swore at and spoken to so rudely and vilely it made me ill - they refused to refund - and I got a refund from Paypal which took several weeks - the only joy I had was the money I paid was actually 'frozen' so even though I could not get to my money neither could this time waster -
there are other companies out there - please do not make my mistake - avoid avoid avoid -

Placed an order which failed to arrive on time. When I made contact, my query was met with appalling rudeness and... What can I say? Dishonesty? Lies? They told me my order was dispatched more than a week ago and it has not arrived. You'll forgive me, under the circumstancex, for questioning the integrity of this company. A refund was processed through the website where I placed the order and that company was great. That does not exonerate Foodigital who accepted then failed to deliver my order and treated my justifiable enquiry in the most deplorable manner.

Ordered for Mother's Day and decided on one pack of marshmallows and one of chocolate - marshmallows arrived really fast and were great. Chocolates... Nothing!
Tried contacting several times and am getting no resolution.
Good product, when it arrives. But, you take a chance if you use them

I have ordered chocolates from Foodigital over a week before my dad's birthday. I received an email straight away saying that the order will be produced and dispatched within 24h. A week later, I still haven't received my chocolates. It is now past my dad's birthday and still no sign of the order. I tried contacting the company via their website, via PayPal resolution centre and via the phone number provided on PayPal transaction. No reply!
Very disappointing experience!!!

I am really impressed with the service and quality of goods received by Foodigital!

The marshmallows have arrived promptly, really good quality, nicely packaged and all for an excellent price.

I am extremely happy and will be recommending to all friends and family!
