Arrived nice and quick

Finally found the insoles I need. Having spent £100.+ on various ones, that did not help or were only comfortable for up to an hour. The unexpected joy for finally finding the right ones is immeasurable. Thank you, comfort &help for my feet & legs. Totally recommend.

Good website, concise but quality information on products that helped me choose the most appropriate insole which has already improved an issue with Mortons Neuroma that's been getting more painful. Since using the insoles, the pain has subsided - so far, so good. I will definitely be purchasing another pair from Footactive.

These insoles give great relief for my Metartarsalgia. They initially felt strange with the raised area, but I soon got used to it. I now have some in both pairs of walking boots.

Service efficiency, quality of products

The customer service was very good I had questions and I got responses very quickly with useful advice too? The insole is much better than my original memory foam one. So far so good.

I have given it 4stars only because it took over 2 weeks for the inner soles ,everything else was fine

I noticed I wasn’t limping after the 1st day of wearing the insoles after not walking normally for 6 months.
It’s been a week and going to order more to place in all my shoes I didn’t realise I had a problem I tried everything else. I’m so relieved I’m not in pain just need to heal the months of pain due to compensating postures. I wake up and not in pain and my swelling around my ankles is at last diminishing. More work to be done but at least I can now progress it wasn’t possible while I was in pain and hardly able to walk confidently.
