Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 472 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the products for their high quality and effectiveness in alleviating various foot pains, such as plantar fasciitis and collapsed arches, making daily activities more comfortable. Many appreciate the durability of the items, with some reporting products lasting for years, and the ease with which insoles can be trimmed to size or fit into different footwear. The delivery service is consistently highlighted as speedy and efficient, with orders arriving promptly and in good condition, contributing to an overall positive purchasing experience. However, some customers also noted issues with sizing, finding products to be a bit large or bulky for certain shoes, and a few experienced discomfort or new pain after using the insoles. There were also occasional mentions of slippers having poor heel fit or elasticated heels that slipped down, and a few instances of delayed or unreceived orders.

Thoroughly recommend these slippers

First time buying from Foot Active and very happy with my purchase. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and my feet were killing me, walking on hard floors in the new flat I just moved into. My heels and the balls of my feet were in so much pain so I had a look online for some slippers that had arch support as I have flat feet too. It was really hard to find slippers that ticked all the boxes for me and didn't cost a fortune. These did and were £55.00. Very happy with them and I ordered these Friday 8th of May but just after 4pm which means they get shipped out the next working day, if ordered before 4pm, they will get posted to you that day. They shipped them on Monday the 11th of May and I received them on Tuesday the 12th of May. I was so happy with the quick delivery which was also tracked by Royal Mail. These slippers have a wool lining so nice and fluffy inside. There's an elastic back and 2 packs of heel grips were provided also. I thoroughly recommend 👌🏼

Very comfortable insoles for flat feet

Very comfortable, with a lovely soft finish. My son has sensory sensitivities and often finds things uncomfortable, and was sceptical anyway about insoles for flat feet, but took to these straight away. Detailed but easy to understand fitting instructions. I found the generous returns policy very reassuring. I will definitely buy from this company again in future.

“I’m really happy!

“I’m really happy with these insoles. A few months ago I was having a lot of sciatic pain, and now that I’ve started working, I spend a lot of time on my feet and walking around quite a bit. I bought the work insoles and I’ve noticed a huge difference — my legs don’t hurt as much as they used to, and the sciatica is gone (not completely, obviously), so I’m very happy.”

Good quality ankle support

Ankle support arrived quickly. Secure packaging. Not worn support yet but tried it on for size when it arrived and it fits well. Appears to be good quality.

Dear Mr Hallows,
We are sorry to see your 3* review.
We see you ordered the Medical 3/4 insoles. These are a high density insole which should provide plenty of support under the arch. If this is not enough for your requirements the only other option would be a plastic or composite insole. Some variants of these would feel firmer under foot as they are more rigid. If you do need further advice please do contact us directly and we would be happy to help.
Regards

Arrived sooner than expected

Arrived sooner than expected, great service. Product as described, appears to do as it says. Had a podiatrist friend look at them and she said they look good.
May need to get more to save changing over on different shoes. Value for money ? Have to wait and see, but appear to be reasonable in comparison to the marketplace.

The slippers are just about ok.

The slippers are ok but nothing brilliant. Arch support isn’t that much better (if any) than my M&S slippers. The fit at the heal is not good, slip off all the time, they provide a stick on thing to help prevent the slipping but it doesn’t and it’s now come off. Wouldn’t recommend given the price.

These insoles really do work!

Had plantar fasciists of my right foot for about 3 months, which was not improving despite doing the recommended exercises, pain killers etc. I also underpronate.
Getting fed up of this constant foot ache, so despite being sceptical thought I'd try the insoles as not overly expensive and they come with the 30 day money back guarantee, so win, win.
I'm delighted that my foot pain has dramatically improved in just 2 weeks of using these insoles.
Arrived very quickly via Royal Mail and they were very easy to trim to size.
Have realised the my slippers don't have arch support, so will be ordering a pair of slippers too.
