My experience with Fortress has been completely positive. The team has been supportive, approachable and proactive. The learning content easy to follow ensuring all competencies are met. To anyone who would like to further their education, to progress in their employment or simply the experience in learning my recommendation will always be Fortress Learning first.

All questions answered in a short time, instructors and fortress staff always asking if there was anything they could do to help. When i was put in hospital they just worked around it for me.

Really happy with Fortress Learning. Online courses were easy to follow and relevant. The zoom classes were great - very well facilitated. Communication during the enrolment period could not be faulted.

Initially I was terrified of doing online learning. everyone warned me, saying so much easier going face to face. I can honestly say Online with fortress felt like face to face. The support they give you is next level amazing. No questions to hard or too stupid. Richard's support is what got me through plus messages regularly checking in on me. If you are scared of online don't be. Fortress is the way to go for support and guidance. I have now completed my Certificate IV and could not of done it without their amazing team.

Overall a positive experience doing my TAE40122 upgrade. Assignments were marked quickly and feedback was constructive. Communicating with trainers was easy and I enjoyed the Validation workshop. Be prepared to put in some serious core hours as the Fortress Learning lessons and assessment modules are very thorough!

Able to do the course whilst juggling FIFO life, fantastic support and seeing improvement in Fortress going forward organising for people to do there practical component in a workshop whilst doing all the knowledge online

I was required to get my diploma for work purposes. I used fortress for my certificate IV so use them again. I love using the training platform and all the documents were in an easy to follow format. The trainers themselves greatly help me when I was stuck and needed to talk things through.

I have upgraded from the old TAE to the new one with Fortress, and the support I have received has been second to none. All the trainers are excellent, with special mention to Deb and Richard, they are incredibly supportive and truly makes you feel at home.

The course materials and video content are highly relevant and easy to understand and interpret. The assessments are well thought out, and each assessment is clearly linked to the course materials, which makes the learning process very effective.

I couldn’t be happier with the course. Anyone looking to pursue TAE qualifications should choose Fortress. If you want to understand how RTO Standards should be applied in practice, just look at their operations—you’ll get the answer.

Fortress Learning made completing my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment a seamless and enjoyable experience. From enrolment to completion, I felt supported by the team at Fortress Learning.
