The trainers were very helpful. The course structure was easy to follow with a lot of videos and explanations. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and there response times were great. At the beginning they helped me structure my learning units to maximize the final outcome.

Fortress made my study experience so smooth and easy

It was great. Online learning that is challenging however you learn how to problem solve within the Training and Facilitator role. Learning the skills and knowledge required to work for a RTO and how to conduct training in a organised manner.

Great organisation to do the TAE with, Debbie and Richard were a great support. All the materials were very current and suitable for the course and self-paced provided enough support and guidance to complete on my own.

The professionalism of the staff was excellent. All queries were swiftly dealt with. The material in general was engaging and kept me motivated.

Good communicative staff, well laid out course. Course has too much volume but that is due to Gov (over) requirements.

Completing the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment was an incredibly rewarding experience. Excellent facilitator in Richard, who was clear in his instruction and always available either in person, via email or video call to clarify questions, give encouragement and provide feedback on progress, making the whole process a lot less daunting and allowing learners to lean into their strengths
