Great Trainers and support staff easy to follow lessons and assignments and easy to submit

Great organisation with good notes and exercises. Staff were very prompt, helpful and supportive during my studies. Studying online allowed me to access the course. Would recommend Fortress Learning.

As a VET facilitator, course developer and assessor myself it was an interesting process to work through the RPL of a dual diploma with Fortress.
I found the staff (admin and assessors), processes and communication to be at a very high standard. It was a supportive process with understanding shown of life’s challenges and their impacts on ability to complete work within timelines.
All communication and requests for information were prompt and a choice of contact options to suit the student was available for this- phone calls, email or zoom meetings.
A special thank you to Jane who was patient, kind and extremely supportive throughout the process. Also Maniya who was my final Assessor and provided clear, helpful feedback and encouragement.

I received good, personal contact with my Trainer and an understanding of my circumstances from Fortress overall.

My online learning experience with Fortress Learning was very positive. The material was well planned and laid out. The trainer was extremely supportive, understanding and guidance and appointments were always available on request.
I would have liked to have access to the course material after the course is over, unfortunately you lose access to the portal after finishing the course. It is always beneficial to go refer back to the learning material if required in the future.

I found the personal help I received over the phone was essential to passing the course. It answered many of my questions, quandaries and difficulties that I had with certain modules.
Further, the regular updates on dates and times, the offerings of help were all important in keeping me on track.
Distant education is difficult, yet Fortress Learning was quick to replying to any problems I had.

My trainer assessor was very approachable and delivered the information in a way that made it very easy to understand.

The online material was great and Deb was a fantastic facilitator. She was very helpful in getting me across the line on my TAE upgrade.

Fortress were very good at following up and keeping me in the loop, on track. Jane, my trainer, was outstanding. Content was very good. The hardest part is getting started - once that happens you are off and running.

Fortress Training delivered comprehensive, well-structured and informative diploma training. I had extensive support from my trainer, and their communication was great. I had a great experience with fortress the staff were very friendly and kind. They gave me sufficient time to finish the course at a time when I couldn't complete the requirements from work. When the circumstances change at work I was able to complete the tasks that I was required to complete and they were very accommodating.
