I had a great experience with fortress the staff were very friendly and kind. They gave me sufficient time to finish the course at a time when I couldn't complete the requirements from work. When the circumstances change at work I was able to complete the tasks that I was required to complete and they were very accommodating.

Great support, very responsive ! They also utilised different means of contacting or communicating with me.
Similarly I was only in contact with select few people from the organisation and was well aware of who played what role in my learning journey. Highly recommend.

My learning plan, which was a mixture of RPL units and a coursework was clearly explained.
Also, I could easily get my program extended when I knew I needed more time to complete all units. All my assessments were marked promptly, between 1-4 days.
My sincere thanks go to Jane, my trainer, who always responded to my inquiries promptly and explained all questions clearly and patiently. My thanks also for Maniya who marked my work quickly and provided feedback.
The videos of each unit are very clear and helpful. However, there are some inconsistencies between the written version shown and what is explained in the video for TAEDES501-Design and Develop Learning Strategies. Though minor details, they could be misleading and confusing. It's a good idea to have them all rectified as I believe the videos should be self-explanatory. To clarify the confusion, I did email Jane and Jane promptly responded and clarified. Thank you again, Jane.
Overall, it has been a great learning experience with Fortress Learning.

The course seemed really long and a lot of repetitive work and study. With that being said I found that I knew what to do and learned a lot. Not a throwaway course. The trainers were very helpful and explained it in simple terms which helped me understand quicker.

Fortress learning and it’s trainers are the best in the business, so much support and help throughout which made me never feel alone through the learning process, easy access to all resources and highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of doing online training.

Enrolment is simple. User platform, once learned, is easy to navigate.
Support by admin and assessors is brilliant. I felt I was set up to succeed and not to fail.

While a demanding course in terms of the volume of work and the number of learning modules to complete, this program layers the knowledge, and the practical applications of the skill set very well. By the end of the program, I feel I have a clear understanding of the process and important considerations for training creation, and I possess the necessary assessment skills as a trainer, with the confidence to use them. Fortress is the best for TAE.
I had started with another company and the support and training was just not there. For TAE you need to have things explained to you- without that its a drawn out, boring course.
I got through faster with Fortress trainers and support than I had with 12 months on the other RTO.
