I was embroiled in a fierce war with squirrels in the attic and losing badly. The guys from Critter Control came to my rescue. They set up traps and checked them frequently. We even ran into problems with baby squirrels left behind which required some creative plans to get mama squirrel to come and take them away. Critter Control stuck it out and solved the problem. They were prompt, courteous and fun to work with professionals. They saved my house and my sanity!

Critter control came in a timely manner and did so much work to help me get rid of the rat problem I was having. Rats had gotten into my attic and were taking over my home and I had a brand new baby in the house. They not only exterminated the rats but they also fixed all the spots where they thought the rats were entering the home. I did have to do a follow up call to them a couple of weeks later and they responded very quickly. Thank you critter control for helping make my house a home again!

I recently bought a new home and noticed a roof rat on the side of my house one evening so I called the most reputable company I could find. Our inspection went well and the inspector was very knowledgeable with lots of experience in the field. He answered all my questions and even wait around for my husband to come home to answer more questions. The service of our inspection was stellar but we decided not to use Critter Control as we had minimal activity and the price quoted seemed to be a little extreme for little activity. The total package we were told we needed totaled almost $6500 and I couldn't wrap my mind around that for a couple of common Texas critters in our attic. After price shopping around I found similar companies who provided a much more modified route of treatment which totaled $350 and still solved our problem. I have no doubt that if we had a larger issue that needed serious help, this company would have been our decision. I wish more reasonably priced options were described during the inspection so I wouldn't have had such sticker shock that ended up sending me elsewhere. If I do have critter issues in the future I will surely get pricing from critter control first due to their thoroughness but will also price around to make sure I'm not going to spend almost 20 times the amount.

The Critter Control representative was very professional and knowledgeable and their on site workers capable and thorough. I bought all of the exclusion services offered and would suggest that you weigh the benefit to cost of what is critical to your immediate need at the time.

From the initial call they knew what they were doing. Came out promptly and on schedule. Well dressed polite personnel. Performed the work as discussed and did a very good job. Cleaned up after themselves. Although pretty expensive I would definitely recommend them and if need be I would not hesitate to use them again.

Critter Control helped me fix a big problem. After purchasing my home, it was realized that the house had some areas in the sofets and roofline that field mice could squeeze into. Apparently the previous owner had not noticed - or ignored. Well, we had a mouse convention in our attic and needed help. Critter Control came to our aid. They were genuine, prompt and courteous. They took action to rid me of my current mouse problem and took steps to prevent it from happening the future. They also kept stopping by and calling to make sure the everything remained good during the follwing 90 days and if they missed one they came back out and took care of it. Thank you Critter Control!

I was having a horrible SKUNK problem and your field guy did a tremendous
job of getting rid of them. He also told me how to keep them out which I hope works

I have a rat issue that has never been fully solved by Critter Control. The inspection by the technitions was very limited and all that was done was to set traps in a small space in my attic. Now that it is summer, my rat issue is at bay, but as soon as as fall gets here I fear my rat problem will be back.
BTW - I have spent over $1K in making my house critter proof with Critter Control. They came out aybe 10 times and checked traps (each trip taking 5 minutes to check traps) and set new ones.
I honestly feel like Critter Control does enough to solve the problems created by critters. They just catch a few and call it done.

The initial response was great with fast, courteous, service. You trapped and removed a skunk which returned six days later. I am not sure where you released the skunk. It became clear that the whole objective was to sell me over $10,000 worth of service. I was not ready for that.
