Critter Control is a very professional company which does a thorough job

When we called Critter Control to inspect our attic initially, after hearing noise during the night, we were told we had a rat infestation - between 30 and 50 rats living in our attic in what appeared to be a colony. I was told the rats had chewed through wires, showed pictures of bad wiring and even burnt pieces of paper. The gentleman who told me about the infestation told me the rats were in our air ducts and we had been breathing in rat feces and urine for the past several months...very scary when we had a newborn daughter at home. He made it seem so bad that after asking his opinion, we didn't stay the night at our house. The following day a crew came to sanitize, remove the rats and old insulation, and blow in new insulation. I was given a sheet of paper to "rate" the job prior to the job being completed on a basis of "good faith" and that I should just go ahead and rate everything really well because that was the service we were going to get. I let it slide that there was equipment on our kitchen counters next to my daughter's bottles. I also let it slide that I was told that there weren't any rats seen, when my husband was told something else. We were told that there weren't that many rats up there and they hadn't been in any air ducts by the crew that day. We had an electrician come out to check the wiring and were told that nothing was wrong. Very confusing. Not only that, but we have had old insulation blowing in our house for the last month - which had never happened prior - and have had two separate service managers come out to clean (both of whom I think did a great job, but it just keeps happening).

Bottom line, we spent almost $10,000. We were told two very different stories on what was going on in our attic. For the past month, I have been cleaning old insulation off of furniture, toys, and the places my daughter naps every day. And I'm not sure how to remedy the situation at this point other than paying more money to have yet another company come out and clean the air ducts.

The cost was excessive given they did not even find the dead rat so the smell and flies continued for weeks while my house has been on the market to sell. I did my own walk about when they indicated they were done and found that several holes still existed. They fixed them but if I had been an old person that could not get up on my roof I would have been taken.

One good thing was they did it in one day.

I would recommend critter control to anyone! The most professional company if people I've worked with in a long time! They came when they said and every person was consistently helpful!

I was expecting really good service but instead received really bad service. The employees were out smoking in my front yard. I was told the service would be completed in one day but instead took 3 days. I contacted critter control to talk to a manager but they never called me back. They damaged the dry wall and I had to call multiple times for someone to come out and fixed the damages done.

I was very thankful for Critter Control. My husband had called so called "exterminators" before to get rid of our rat problem, but not only did they not go away, they got worse. Critter Control came, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that would get rid of the problem for good. I wouldn't waste time with people who don't understand animals, their habits, or tendencies, but I would call the experts who understand animals and how they can destroy your home (and how to fix it).

Initial tech seamed more to try to put the fear of problems into you, and promised to help with insurance adjuster, only to never return any of my calls or texts to either number he had, and in the end didn't get insurance help for the damages(but i dont think he would have helped anyways on that). While the service was completed in a timely manner the rush the guys had caused several things to get over looked such as the caulk they used to seal gaps was all over the place in gobs on the side of my house and I spent a week scraping them off. The larger gap by my air conditioning was filled with large amounts of silicon which the rats came back and chewed through. The followup to remove traps and one way exit the following week never happened, and it took 2 emails and was the 3rd call before someone was able to get that scheduled for me (over a full month after service.) Some of the repairs to the house for the holes look spotty and one is already looking like it is going to come back apart (these guys aren't in construction obviously). All in all I think I should have just lived with the rats and payed the 75 bucks they charge just to remove the raccoon that started all this. 7000 dollars later and the rats are back just doesn't instill any satisfaction. Was in a big debate if I should give 2 or 3 stars nothing warrants any more than that for sure as the only thing that happened fast after they did the job was the collection person.

I contacted Critter Control because of a possible bat problem. They came out and assessed the situation. The services they have provided have been very good.

It sounded as if parties were happening in the attic. And additional friends were trying to go to the festivities by climbing the window screen. Of course we found where part of the roof had been eaten to make openings for entry. The squirrels had moved in!!!
After I called CC John came and took care of everything with his crew of men. They even came back on two occasions to take care of small things that I needed fixed. They even gave me a chance to spread my payments. We love the peace and quiet as well as the lower cooling bills with new insulation and of course we will get a tax credit for upgrading. All is well. The critter control guys were all very professional and polite. They had very good knowledge of what they where looking for and do it in a very timely manner. I also like that the work comes with a guarantee. They make pest problems worry free!

I know we will be using Critter Control again. It is so hard to find prompt & professional people these days.From the start Christina was extremely helpful on the phone. I was really impressed with Chris, he was on time, thorough, & made sure he didn't miss a thing. I haven't seen a bug since!

I have many large oaks and the squirrels had built a castle in my attic with many entrances and exits. Critter Control closed off all but one and put a one-way trap on the one exit and for a while, there was peace and quiet. Soon, however, they chewed a new hole and came back and Critter Control repaired that entrance, too. After it became clear that there were no more squirrels coming in, they removed the exit door and now I'm squirrel free. If they ever come back, I'll call Critter Control right away.

They have solved my critter problems! The first time it was a big improvement but we still had some issues. Critter Control came back and implemented other measures and everything has been great since. They are professional and courteous and actually CALLED ahead of time as I asked and at the right cell number. (why is this so hard with other businesses?)

We have had Critter Control work on our house twice to seal out critters and pests. Once on the main house and once on the garage. They do a great job and have friendly and knowledgeable crew members. They do a great job of picking up after themselves. I had a different company come out to try to seal the garage, but they did not do an acceptable or complete job. Critter Control came out and completed the work. I would definitely recommend Critter Control.

FOR OVER A YEAR SQUIRRELS HAD BEEN INVADING MY ATTIC. FINDING
THEIR ENTRY SPOT BAFFELED ME. ONE CALL TO CRITTER CONTROL
WAS ALL IT TOOK. CRITTER CONTROL FOUND THE ENTRY SPOT,
CLOSED IT . YEA !! NO MORE SQUIRRELS !!! MY COMPLIMENTS TO CRITTER CONTROL.

We had possums living under our deck in the back and they would come out at night and dig in our yard, destroying our foliage. Critter Control came out and put edging around the perimeter of the deck and a one-way door, so that when the possums left in the night, they couldn't get back in. They went away to find another home. Yea!

our request was to rid our house of rats. the (external reference) rep was able to do this however we are still working on ants and spiders

The gentleman who inspected the home was very cordial. He seemed very knowledgeable. Also, he was concerned about what damage had been done and could continue to be done to my home. He did a full walk through of the house. He explained everything in detail from what would be done to the results one would get. Such as better ventilation throughout the house.
I do wish that it was more affordable or at least better payment options.

I was please with their service,. They explain the process and more importantly, they delivered. We haven't had another occurance of the squirrel.
