I bought a KTM with a warranty

I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.

Poor after service - warranty

I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap.
Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.

A thank you to Tom and Dan for their assistance when buying my KTM DUKE 125 white from Fowlers.
A nice easy purchase followed by a nice smooth ride back home over the Mendips without any rain (bonus).

I needed some replacement handlebars..quickly

I needed some replacement parts for my bike. Handle bars ..was told out of stock on back order .. 7..10 days ..or a maximum of 6 weeks should they not be available in the uk. I was so impressed when I received a email saying that my order was on its way ..3 days later there delivered to my door.. keeping me off road for a very short time . Very good communication..fast dispatch and delivery..well packaged too.. used fowlers of Bristol for all my parts .. but this delivery really impressed me …

Steve and Simon are lovely guys can’t recommend them enough.They matched the cheapest price I could get my Zx4rr for anywhere and then held on to it for 6 weeks until I passed my test .Amazing service no pressure and above all else 2 thoroughly nice guys to deal with !

Shocking customer service

After ordering an item that was suppose to be for the bike Fowlers had listed the part for, when it came it was for the complete wrong bike and listed completely wrong on their website. After calling them and highlighting this, originally I was being sent a returns label as per following their returns policy (you must contact fowlers within 7 days and if it is an error on their part they send you a label). To which I never received. After calling a few days later and asking where this label was the man on the phone became rude and patronising and said he would get back in contact with me after he had “reviewed this” for himself. Below and behold no contact from him again, I then rang again to be completely fobbed off by yet another staff member. No one has any customer service or communication skills. I would definitely recommend using Craig’s in Leeds, they are very professional, helpful and stick to policies they have set up!

I went to Fowlers for a new bike

I went to Fowlers for a new bike , Josh Ford Triumph answered my call from that moment on it was plain sailing, Josh was professional, polite and willing to help with any offers that month.
Josh was a real tonic and made everything look less stressful, thank you again.

Non existent complaints procedure.

I tried to complain about an item I was sold. I sent a number of reminders but got no response at all despite making a complaint as per Fowlers complaints procedure.
Very poor service.
The one star is for their great showroom.

I was looked after by James Bruno
I am in retail myself owning a car sales and cant begin to express how professional James was
He kept me up to date and went above and beyond any expectations i had with nothing left to chance
Defo Directorship quality staff
Truly mad it a lovely experience

Also Hats of to Louis in the clothing department who took care kitting myself and my partner out head to toe
He even ordered items in for us
People are quick to complain and not praise
Outstanding experience from start to finish
Also thanks again In love with the bike

I have used Fowlers for genuine parts…

I have used Fowlers for genuine parts several times and have never been disappointed, I have been amazed at the speed of pick and dispatch though. Order sun eve, on your doorstep tues (uk mainland for stocked parts)
