I’d never heard of Fragrance House so had to do some review and Trust Pilot checking before buying with them online. The perfume, Mon Paris, arrived promptly with a nice free perfume sample and friendly letter. I will use Fragrance House again.

Excellent prices and great customer service. My order went missing at the Royal Mail sorting centre. Fragrance House phoned me to advise me that they would send a replacement that day with 24hr tracked delivery. Delighted to get confirmation that my parcel is now on its way to be delivered tomorrow.

Efficient Service
I took a chance ordering as not used before but the perfume was considerably less than in local stores or even at duty free ( even with a delivery charge). I was sent regular tracking updates and the product arrived quickly and safely. Would definitely use again .
