I ordered Opium perfume for my mother's birthday, she adores it, but was sent eau de toilette. Customer services were so courteous and helpful, emailing a return label immediately. I sent it back and received the correct perfume by return of post. How efficient and helpful is that? Couldn't ask for better service. Top marks for courtesy too. I shall recommend Fragrance House to all my family and friends

Great customer service and a lovely fragrance that my daughter loves.

For the last 3 years this is the only place I have bought aftershave or perfume and will continue to do so for as long as I can.
The first bottle of aftershave I bought was not in stock and the stock had just been back ordered from France. Id explained that I wanted the aftershave for my holiday which was in 3 days and as soon as the stock had arrived at the shop, they called me to let me know. This is the biggest factor of my commitment to The Fragrance House.
In my many purchases I have never once had a problem with customer service, everyone is unbelievably helpful and approachable. Any question has been answered and any ‘problem’ has been resolved quickly.
I will forever to support The Fragrance House, top business!!

Bought most of the Lab Series Anti Age from Fragrance House and service and products are amazing. Service - easy to order, like most places, but order got processed after cut off for next day. They phoned me to let me know and also said they’d try to find a solution - which they did. Most other companies wouldn’t bother - thank you. Products - not used to a face routine, and my wife is saying I look old, so I thoughts I’d try these out. A few weeks in and so far she is saying it is making a difference.

My wife loved it and it’s a complement getter.

the product differs from the description and the small vial that I got "for free" e.g. in scent. and color as you can see in the picture. the store could not explain it for 2 weeks and the service itself was scandalous and unprofessional. I do not recommend. at the end I heard that any attempt to slander the store will cost me additionally

I purchased a perfume and never received it, I sent several emails and called but nothing. When they finally responded they said the item had been sent to Royal Mail and they didn't know where it was. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I said I wanted a refund and got no response as to whether they would give me a refund or not, in or any response at all. I am very disappointed with the service this company has provided.

Got exactly what I ordered, and only two days from ordering online to delivery.

Ordered Ralph Lauren Polo Black for my partners birthday, only to receive an empty box.

Box completely fine, no tampering, but empty. Clearly the item hadn’t been packed.

On reporting this to Fragrance House, response was basically there was nothing that they could do about out it as there were no proof of tampering.

If you want to waste £45 on an empty card board box then this is the company to go to!

Do not be fooled by these people, stay well away.

I ordered Carolina Herrera very good girl 30 ml. perfume that arrived was in different colour than original,smelled like something strange and evapoured after 2 minutes.

If I could give -5 stars, I would!
I've ordered 3 times from this shop, and last order was delivered to wrong place. After some back and forth communication, the shop said Royal Mail confirms the order was delivered to me, but has no proof it was. The gps is off and the delivery photo is a closeup of the label, there's no signature. But yeah, it was delivered to me, right? I was asked to send a copy of my passport (!), as it's my only photo document and I refused to do so. Who asks for such thing? I never had to send my documents online to anyone, even to employer, government or doctor. It's been over a week and no reply, no item, no refund. Basically I've been robbed of £69 which I'll have to claim through bank dispute now. Contacting customer service was a massive waste of time.

Update: First of all, wow, what a fast response. After almost a year :D Second, I signed the denial of receipt as required, but you kept pesturing me for my passport. The photo wasn't like previous photos of my property, it was a photo of the label only. I had to do a chargeback claim, and my bank investigated this. They were in touch with you and confirmed the proof provided isn't enough to confirm the item has been delivered to my address. I've been refunded by my bank for the missing goods.

Update II: Even now the company keeps meddling and changing their response.
You initially wrote about denial of receipt OR passport. And now changed your response. I've spoken to Royal Mail in the past as I had a complaint about my mail, and they confirmed they have never asked for passport scans or photos, so you can save your scammer response and just stop clowning. My bank wouldn't refund me if their investigation didn't confirm order was not delivered, so I don't understand what are you trying to achieve here, AFTER A YEAR.

Ordered perfume online. Unfortunately it came damaged and had completely leaked in the box. Emailed fragrance house and was told they would send out a replacement as soon as it was back in stock or i could pick another scent from the same brand. Although i had to wait a week i recieved the replacement as soon as it was in stock. Cannot fault their customer service at all! Will definitely order again!

You get what you pay for. These are 2nds I found out when ordering and the bottle leaked over a £400 unit. I wish I’d paid a few ££ extra and bought from a reputable company. I did email them, the reply was really unprofessional then they ignored me. Please spend a few £ extra and buy elsewhere.

I can verify this isn’t fake and you took 3 years to reply. Shows how terrible you are. If you are genuine, shame on your for awful way you treat customers. It’s ruined my unit, I didn’t take reviewing lightly.

I had not heard of fragrancehouse before and only found it through a search for a perfume product for the wife. I was scepticle at first because they were cheaper than anyone else. I gave it a go and so glad I did. Ordered Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle at £75 (Cheapest anywhere on the net). It arrived within 3 days and it was the original thing. No imitation which I was concerned with. Very pleased with the purchase from start to finish. Can only give you my experience with this company.
