It was one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was on point. I ordered the chain as a present for my friend with the next day delivery and there was a royal mail strike. The Frame chain went beyond the promise and organised my delivery with a different courier so that I would get it on time. Product all great - Postage parter poor
Product all great. However your postage partner is unacceptable. GLS dropped the package at a store for me to pick it up, yet never rang at my door + didn’t inform me that it was at the store.
Only by checking manually i found out that the package was already there.
