Pathetic service! Unhappy new client
So.....to date i have not receives my purchased product. You guys dont deserve 1 star. I want to give zero stars. I got given excuses of stock take. But your site promises something else. I hope i like the product i purchased. Cause i like the shoes and jacket i previous bought at a pop up shop and would hate to be dissapointed by your delivery service and the garment.
But as for me buying online again......i highly doubt it. Customers pay so much and then this is the service we get. I left a message on facebook too......no replies just yet. I would like some proper feedback regarding this matter. It is unacceptable and i would think that your company is better than this. How do i recommend this to someone else know the service i received. I absolutely cannot and will not. Up until i get proper feedback resolving this matter.

I cannot wear the shoes. My one heel is chaffed raw even though I ordered the shoes one size bigger than what I normally wear. I have now given it to my gardener.

Quality inspection missed
I bought the shoes online and must admit that the turnaround was good, the shoes arrived professionally packed and so nothing wrong with the fulfilment process. Unfortunately, it was when I took the shoes out of the packaging that I noticed the left shoe had a bump just below the lace area caused by inaccurate stitching. Question I have is why this wasn't picked up by quality control? After all, these are R1800 shoes! So the ease of online shopping completely failed as I had to visit one of FOM's store to replace these with another pair.
