The room was fine
The room was fine, the set up was perfect with the correct adapters for the AV equipment to link to my MacBook. Refreshments arrived on time. Slightly disappointed by the Danish pastries (small and over done) and the all vegetarian sandwich lunch was okay but didn't represent great value. We were one less than we were meant to be and if we had all been present, it would not have been sufficient. As we were a group of less than 10 we didn't qualify for the bento box lunch, which would have been our first choice.

Absolutely amazing venue, will use again next time I'm in London
What an absolutely stunning venue to hold your meeting or run a training session. It's like a hidden gem in the middle of London. A stone's throw from Euston Station and the staff are delightful. One of the staff were kind enough to bring me an espresso from the cafe on each morning I was there, even though there was coffee and tea available for me and my associate outside our meeting room. Gloria who managed my booking was amazing and very helpful. The cafe was great too and very reasonably priced. It's a pity I don't live in London (I live in Australia) – I would be using Friends House for all my training! Thank you very much for a fantastic experience.

Excellent customer service, great food options, particularly for different dietary requirements. Friends House is also located very conveniently opposite Euston Station.

Wonderful location and space
I have used Friends House meeting space on three separate occasions now. They have an ideal location, which is right across from Euston station, plenty of lovely meeting rooms at a very good rate (for London!) but most importantly they have brilliant meeting and events staff who respond promptly on email. My meetings are a lot less stressful when I use Friends House, as they think of everything.
