Excellent service
Excellent service. I had some queries regarding the testing kit and these were quickly answered by telephone. Parcel was well packaged and delivered on time. I had to change the delivery requirements at the last minute due to work pattern changes and Frontline Safety was flexible enough to change them to meet my needs.

Delivery time of 2,5 month when 7 days was promised, high transport costs
12/23 ordered and payed item. transport costs to Netherlands 70 GBP for a single item < 1 KG.
01/03 confirmation of order, with statement that delivery would take 7 till 10 days. Ask for status update two times, fronline replied two times with excuses. 02/07 package was deliverid in good order, 2,5 month after order! I needed the item for savety, but could not rely on quick delivery in spite of high transport costs.
If this is the service now, I would not consider to buy again, especially not after 29 march 2019!

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with your service. Please be assured this is not a normal occurrence and on this occasion the manufacturer had let us down.
Our website and delivery pages did advise that orders after the 14th of December may not be processed until 3rd of January due to Christmas delivery schedules, so your order on the 23rd of December fell under this.
My colleague in Sales tried to keep you up to date as much as possible and only advised the information we had been given from the manufacturer. Our delivery costs are also based on those from the courier, these are not inflated in any way. I believe you required this item for the 8th of February, so we did strive to get this to you on time but apologise for the amount of time between ordering and receiving the goods.
We have passed your feedback on to the manufacturer and apologise on their behalf. Please be assured, should you choose to return to Frontline Safety we will continue to provide you with as much info and updates as possible.

I do know that sometimes we are limited with the information given to us by the supplier but always strive to improve this and gather as much as we can. Great customer service and honesty from the team at Frontline. We use them for calibrating our gas monitors and always provide a prompt turnaround on these and great communication throughout. The online form is easy to complete and provides a hassle free handover.
