Didn't think much of the couriers
Didn't think much of the couriers. They tried to deliver three times while I was on holiday. and left a cardeach time the last one saying they were returning the parcel to the suppliers. None of the cards showed a consignment number and I had no idea who the parcel was from. I tried to ring them on my return from holiday and just hooked into recorded messages ; there was no way of talking to a real person. I found another telephone number in the directory and rang that unsuccessfully too. Eventualy the last telphone calldid generate a reply some thirty minutes later and I elected to collect the parcel myself as they had not returned the parcel to you. I travelled up and down the road where the depot was supposed to be about six times and eventally saw a large lorry emerge from a driveway and so I decided to take a look and low and behold there they were at very end with a gate across. I eventually managed to attract someones attention and collect my parcel. I asked why they did not attempt to leave it with a neighbour and was told there was no one at home. What! on three occasions? At least the product was fine. D.C.J. MORRISON

Good service and easy to deal with.
Provided prompt and useful response to query made via web-site. After ordering on-line I was advised me that an item would be delayed and was given the option to cancel. The delay turned out to be only a few days and the whole order was completed within one week.
