Avoid the "baked fish" chips, mushy peas and tartre sauce at the Fullers Pub, Terminal 2, Heathrow. £18.95 for garbage out of a box that was just miserable and a complete rip off. How can Fullers... See more

Great pub chain!
I had an interview today on the recommendation of a friend who works in one of these pubs, and all I can say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Although I had typical interview questions, it fel more like a chat with a friend so I could get a feel of what working in a pub is like, and I can honestly it was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had.
If the Lock, Stock & Barrel of Newbury read this, well done and thank you for your hospitality!

Vegan options are great & the decor is wonderful at The Bell in Henley On Thames. Also dog friendly which encourages us to eat there frequently. As I have a capsicum allergy I would like better ingredient/allergy info as had to send the broccoli back as it had chilli on it & couldnt eat the garlic aleoli with calamari as it had paprika sprinkled on it but still got charged…we only pay cash when we eat out & phone to book tables as this is our way of detoxing from too much online/internet based activities as they arent good for our mental health. We want to eat out to have a break from all the fake digital life pressures. Please switch to taking cash only & letting us call a human being to book a table!
White hart Southwark London
21st Apr 2023. White Hart Southwark. We visited this pub for lunch. Burger 🍔 chips. And a couple of pints. Burger not bad. Small amount of chips. Onion rings good. No salad. And no colslaw, to go with Burger. For the price you charge very poor. A few years ago the pub was run by a couple of lady's. The food then was very good. Now it has gone down hill. Bar staff very nice and friendly.
Watch out! Parking at Fuller's
Watch out!! Some Fullers premises use parking eye to police thier car park!! Suggest you give them a wide birth! At least until they ditch parking eye!

The White Buck in Burley
Went to The White Buck in Burley In the New Forest for 2 nights for our anniversary. This is the 5th time staying there and everything was excellent from service, staff, room, food and drink. Could not fault anything.
What can I say....
What can I say about The Hercules ... brilliant Pub with an awesome team! Great location, food & service.... Fantastic selection of Craft beers, however being an ale drinker myself and bias in that area must add that they pull a great pint of London Pride!!!!
Wow, Amazing Stay, Amazing Staff ……
My wife and I stayed here for several days from
June 8th - 1ith with our small dog.
Great location to get into London.
I would usually name one or two members of
staff as outstanding, however, they were all
outstanding, friendly, courteous, kind and
nothing was to much trouble. I only could only
remember a few staff, Mia, Rachael, Nicola,
Libby and Boba, Chloe, Alyssa, Oz, Rohit and
the bar man who kindly let me sample a few
IPA's, As with the chefs and kitchen staff, the
food was lovely
All I hope, is their manager appreciates them
all, as they all are amazing, sorry to those i did
not mention and ever the room service, as you
do deserve a mention as so helpful again.
The rooms are clean, the breakfast was
delicious and as for the way the treat your
animals, even a dog checking your dog in with
a kiss, she was even spoilt with a mini
breakfast.
Outstanding..….
Red lion chalton

Avoid the duke of york tunbridge wells
I went in there on the 6th of March with my family for a roast it was disgusting it was reheated so many times i spoke to the manager who shrugged with no sorry. Then when i was out side i saw the chef smoking next to the pub spoke to him and he stated i should have come in earlier when it was first cooked and if I was unhappy i should go somewhere else. We never ate the food and it cost us £114 for 5 drinks
Rang to say that I am in one f there…
Rang to say that I am in one f there pubs and they were not taking cash due to lock down. All covid restrictions are supposed to be lifted. Chap at other end just cut me off.! Not interested. I will not go to any more fullers pubs.
No response/ no interest
Just to complete my review, no response from Fullers whatsoever - I’ve completed 2 Customer reviews (sent by Fullers themselves after visits), one of them asking for a phone call, as requested in the survey. No answer, no comment, no response. Never again.
Never book functions with Fullers
Booked a function at a Fuller's pub in Bath mid September and 5 days before the event we were told they could no longer honour the food order they took - 4 days previous - due to the fact that they didn't have a working kitchen - which they had known about for 3 weeks.
We were presented with "ideas" none of which came to fruition. I would much rather they had presented us with workable solutions and not airy-fairy musings that either were never going to happen or were ridiculous - like accommodation 24 people out front on a busy street of a sister pub to eat round 2/3 small round tables, and then return to the original pub for drinks.
I was really not impressed with their excuses as to why this happened. It wasn't so much about their error - which was hugely inconvenient - but more the way it was handled - which was hugely unacceptable and not entirely professional.
I was also promised a chat with Fullers themselves, which to date has never happened.
We won't ever be back or recommending.
