Recently, John filmed my mother's funeral with utmost professionalism and discretion. He arrived well ahead of time to ensure everything was ready. Despite using just one camera, the video quality was excellent. When the choir performed, John skillfully zoomed in to capture a clearer view. Upon reviewing the footage, both the audio and visuals were impressively clear. It was comforting to revisit moments and people I missed during the service. This video serves as a cherished memento of the day when so many came together to honor my mother. Thank you very much for this invaluable keepsake.

John recently and a short notice provided a live-stream facility for a Funeral Service I conducted. John provided two cameras to capture the service itself and also our entrance and departure from the Church. The quality of the footage on both the stream and subsequent recording was fantastic. John himself was respectful, discreet and worked diligently; I would not hesitate to recommend him to any Funeral Directors looking for a livestream. Many thanks John!

With family abroad and many friends unable to attend in person, we were keen to have a livestream of the event and also a permanent record.

John was sensitive to the occasion and provided a professional service with an excellent end result.

Review:

We used this company to live stream a family funeral for relatives overseas who were unable to attend in person. Unfortunately, despite purchasing two streams to ensure everyone could participate, one of the streams failed to work. We followed all the instructions provided and even used two separate hotspots to avoid bandwidth issues, but the second stream displayed an error message and did not go live.

When we contacted the company afterwards to explain the situation and request a refund for the second stream that didn’t work, our request was refused. They explained that the issue was likely due to internet connectivity, which they considered beyond their control. However, the instructions did not clearly indicate that we needed to manually adjust the resolution or bitrate when using multiple streams on a hotspot, which contributed to the problem.

They offered to upload any recordings made during the attempt to stream, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide any recordings as the error message indicated that the second stream was not working at all. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the significance of the event.

While the company was responsive after the event, clearer guidance and real-time support during the stream could have helped avoid this issue. A refund for the failed stream would have been a more appropriate resolution given the emotional circumstances.

Excellent sound and vision. Very grateful for this first class recording, made with sensitivity and skill, for family and friends and preserving a memory of a very special event.

I am very impressed with the quality of the recording, especially as I had watched the live stream of a funeral in Canada shortly before my sister's funeral - John's was far more professional, with a clearer, sharper image. His TV experience was evident. Thank you John.

John was completely professional yet discrete in filming my mothers funeral recently. He arrived with a lot of time to set and be prepared. He used a single camera but the image was very clear. At one point when the choir was singing John zoomed in to catch a better image. On watching the video back both sound and image were very clear. It helped to see things and people I had not witnessed during the service. It is a nice record of that special occasion when so many people gathered for the funeral. Tanking you very much indeed.

John arrived in the church early to set up for our mother's funeral, he greeted us and explained his service, he was very professional and did not intrude on the funeral service at all. The quality of live stream was excellent and it was so lovely to know that family in Australia, Austria and New Zealand could watch either live streamed or for 3 months after the service. Both the picture and sound was exceptionally clear. We are very grateful to his brilliant services- I would not hesitate to recommend him.

What a great service, what a lovely person. Kind, empathetic, went above & beyond to ensure the setup was right in a location he'd not been to before, those watching live commented on how good the sound quality was, and having the recording for those who had technical difficulties at their end was a great backup. Enabled family who were unable to attend the service physically to be involved which was so important to us.

John was absolutely great. He came to the church to check things out before the funeral. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He uses professional equipment and films very well, with high quality sound. I would highly recommend him.

John was fantastic and the livestream was excellent. So much so that we used the live link to stream the service into an overflow room in the church itself. Absolutely fantastic, look no further!!!

Funeral Streaming Services had already visited the church unknowingly to check it out so on the day he was prepared too set up and provide an excellent streamed service. We logged on to reply this to the over flo mourners in the village hall, these giving an excellent report.

This is teh second time I have used this service, both times have been exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend the team.

John provided a satellite-linked live-streaming service for our Father's Funeral in Devon for those not able to attend in person. Judging by the direct feedback on the day from those people who logged in to the link across the UK, it worked very well, and they were able to share our experiences. I have subsequently watched the recording and am similarly pleased. Thank you John.

Absolutely would not recommend using this so called live streaming service. I'm in Australia and was unable to make it to my mum's (my mum's) funeral in Dorchester so decided to pay a so called professional to live stream it so I could at least participate online.

My family and I, including two of my mum's grandchildren, watched about 10 seconds of the funeral before the stream went offline.

I literally missed mum's funeral because of this poor service.

The loss of a husband is very hard, but John made the experience a little easier. With a grand-daughter at Uni in Brisbane, Australia, both she and I wanted her to be part of the funeral day. The Crematorium was taken care of, but how to send the Thanksgiving Service from a little Village Church. I discovered John almost by accident when I trolled the internet to see if the process was posible. He drove to the Church to check that reception was good and reported back to me. He explained that he could place two cameras and where they would be. I then explained that the Church needed elastic walls to accomodate all the folks who wished to come and where he thought he could stand, he might have people behind him. He promised this was not a problem and that he would arrive early enough to set up and sort things out. Sadly on the day I didn't have the chance to thank him personally, but he did a fantaastic job. My Grand-daughter in Oz was able to watch it all and be part of the day. To my knowledge friends in Canada, Spain and Greece also watched and felt a part of the proceedings. So thank you John from the bottom of my heart for making this all possible. And would I recommend you ... you can be certain that I already have and will continue to do so. Brilliant! Was very impressed with the whole service - a privilege & honour to be able to attend the funeral of an old friend, that I would otherwise have missed.

I was able to say goodbye to a friend even more though I couldn't be there. Quite the lesson in grieving.
