John provided an excellent recording of my friend's funeral, which helped those who couldn't be present still watch her service. We are so very grateful.

Our mother, Hon Alderman Jess Nagel, specifically requested her funeral be livestreamed by John to enable all our relatives, friends and those who were unable to attend feel part of the service and be with the family in spirit. It was streamlined to Germany, America, Canada, Australia, Holland and Scotland. The feedback was amazing, it was easy to log on, the sound was perfect, it was excellent picture quality and very professional. As a family, John engaged with us and listened to what was needed. He arrived early to set up and liaised with the Funeral Directors and Vicar to ensure everything went smoothly, he was also very respectful and did not intrude on the service at all. We now have a copy for us to keep as well, which is a memento and keepsake for the family.

Really excellent job, punctual, great camera work, great sound and the streaming worked from a pretty awkward signal area to people all around the world.

We (churchwardens of Blessed Virgin Mary church, Batcombe, Somerset) organised a memorial service for a well respected and popular local gentleman who passed away suddenly. From the first contact John was friendly, calm, assured and above all, professional. We recommend him and the service he provided.

John provided a live stream and subsequent online and download video for my father-in-law's funeral service. From our first contact, John was extremely helpful, clear and reassuring. He liaised seamlessly with our funeral director and the church to ensure that everything was arranged without us having to deal with those details. On the day, John was very discreet and professional, so that we didn't have to worry about anything. The live stream went perfectly, allowing friends and family all over the world to partake in the service. We would wholeheartedly recommend John's services, which we feel were excellent value for money.

John, of Funeral Streaming Service, provided a live stream for my husband’s funeral in 2023. From the first contact, John was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The funeral was held in the New Forest and we were worried about sufficient signal, but John ensured that it all operated properly and we live streamed across the world and were able to be joined by so many friends and family members. John’s expertise in filming was evident in the beautiful way in which he captured the service - using the correct angles and using the zoom appropriately and sensitively. I, and many others, have welcomed the ability to watch the service subsequently from the download provided. All of this was provided at considerably less cost than that quoted to us by the funeral director for an alternative provider. I cannot thank or recommend John enough. My husband was a broadcast journalist and I feel he would have been proud and thankful that we used such a professional. Do not go anywhere else - I commend this company to you.

John helped us with both of our Mother and Father's funeral services. He was discreet, professional and empathetic and the quality of the recordings were so clear. It is wonderful to have the service available afterwards for some time, for those unable to join during the service and we have also loved having the recordings to replay in our own time. We were looking to film our mum's funeral service at short-notice as many of her friends were unable to attend, plus also ensure our family in Australia were able to join the full church service. Thank you John for providing an easy and professional service at this sensitive time for our family. The arrangements were made without fuss and the filming was excellent quality. Our Australian family felt well connected to the day and it was lovely to see so many join the live-feed, as well as having the download option afterwards. I am so pleased that we were able to share the service and John captured this perfectly through film.

The professional and courteous way the livestream was filmed made it a seamless part of the celebration of the life of our relative. We needed to stream the burial for my husband's family in the USA and friends elsewhere. All the feedback has been very positive, with viewers really feeling that they had participated in the ceremony and could see and hear very clearly. This was a Green burial and we wrote the words and chose the music ourselves, with help from the Green Funeral Service. It's been good to watch it afterwards as I had forgotten much of it and it was very moving.

We were really glad to be able to watch proceedings when a friend across the world died suddenly and we couldn't make it to their funeral.
The vision and sound had great clarity, we saw all the important elements - and people - at the Service, and the whole live stream and resulting recording was attended to with care and thoughtfulness.
Also great and timely customer service response when a cookie blocking problem occurred at our end (nothing to do with the transmission, only our computer security measures).
Very impressed with this service and highly recommend. Absolutely the best way to let everyone see the final send off for a loved friend or relation. You can watch at your own convenient time if on another time zone for example, and in the comfort of your own home wherever you are in the country or the world.

John could not have been more helpful and responsive and the quality of the livestream and the recording are first class. He arrived early, set up unobtrusively and was sensitive to the situation and easy to deal with. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.

We were very pleased with the service, and access to my mother's funeral for family in Australia and Europe. John's approach was professional and friendly, which really helped at a sad time. Would definitely recommend his services.

John provided the most comprehensive and professional service. From the initial call to request his services to the almost immediate publication of the recordings after the event, John was the consummate professional. He uses high quality, pro level kit, and is clearly hugely experienced and extremely capable. His camerawork is excellent and the overall results are outstandingly good.

Set up was quiet, efficient and unobtrusive. Sound was organised well in advance and worked flawlessly. We only had the stream running from inside the church, but John filmed the burial too, and added it as a file after the live event. It was well put together, crystal clear and with only one camera he managed multiple shots seamlessly. All in all, we did not really notice him doing his work - which is exactly how it should be.

I cannot thank him enough for enabling family members from around the world to participate in the funeral of a much loved father and brother. If you're wondering about whether this service is for you, I can say wholeheartedly you must speak to John and use him for your event. It's an extremely professional and not too pricey solution - I can highly recommend.
