Had a few issues with Dreams

Had a few issues with Dreams, I contacted Furmanac and the issue was resolved in a few days. I was dealt with empathy and professionalism. Great customer service.

A good product

A good product is let down by its own organisation.
Having ordered via Benson’s for Beds who we will never use again, Furmanac delivered our new beds, unfortunately damaging the wallpaper. The delivery guys took photos for office. We phoned Furmanac office and sent email with photos. They then proceeded to deny all knowledge of it happening and refused to take any liability.

It’s a shame it took a bad review to get the right reaction. However, thank you Furmanac for doing the right thing.

Hopefully Sorted

Very Poor Customer Services. Have been trying to contact them by telephone and email for 2 days about an ongoing problem plus a new problem with a bed delivered 2 weeks ago. Do not answer/return calls or reply to emails.
Bed is falling apart and mattresses keep coming off the bed during the night making it unsafe to sleep in.

Eventually I managed to get put through to Michelle who has been very helpful and hopefully the problems will be sorted next week.
Unfortunately I still could not give 5 stars though as it is impossible to ring the service department.

Full of lies,false promises and excuses acting on behalf of bensons for beds who are equally incompetent all about passing the blame and responsibility
Never ever deal with either of these companies

I recently bought a new bed

I recently bought a new bed, headboard and mattress and I am “thrilled to bits” with my purchase. So comfortable and well worth what I paid for it. Just what I ordered.
The service from start to delivery was excellent.
The 2 delivery guys who set it up, took away all the packaging, and were personable with a great sense of humour.
Many thanks to you all.
I can highly recommend this firm and will do.

I purchased an adjustable bed from this…

I purchased an adjustable bed from this company through Argos just over a year ago. The bed developed a fault and I originally tried to contact Argos to rectify the fault. When I realised this was impossible, I contacted Furmanac and they have been so helpful and friendly. The engineer has now sorted the problem, and he was extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone

Purchased a lift & recline armchair for…

Purchased a lift & recline armchair for my mum 2.5 years ago. Terrible. The foam in the seating became sunken down on one side (almost immediately). After many house visits the chair was finally taken away to be fixed. The fixed chair sits high of the ground & the whole chair seems to be lopsided. Also, the foam in the seat has sunk down on the same side again. Sitting in this lopsided position causes anyone who sits on it to get a severe headache, probably because the chair twists the spine. Anyway, £1000 & 2.5 years later we are going to throw it away & buy a regular armchair. Would not recommend their products.

Excellent

Very pleased with the service for the adjustable bed for my Mum. The ordering was straight forward. The delivery and installation was very efficient. Face masks worn which was reassuring. Delighted with the service. Very pleased with the product. Thank you very much.

Customer service from Elli and joesph…

Customer service from Elli and joesph was outstanding. There had been a mix up with my delivery and i was very upset due to my illness. Both Elli and joesph made my delivery happen and also Elli rang me before she went home to make sure I was ok. That is going over and above for me. The bed got delivered however had to be sent back to be cut in half as it wouldnt fit up the stairs however they left the mattresses which was great as i had no bed. The delivery guys jason and mark did all they could however it wouldnt fit. They couldnt apologise enough 2 great guys. Elli then rang me and booked me in for the 18th june which great. All 4 of the individuals are a credit to your company and really do deserve recognition. Thankyou so much all 4 of you i really do appreciate what you have done for me. Also the exta drawers will be great.

Just feedback for tge shop _ I really wish the shop had mentioned the bed could be halfed as i would of requested this and not have to pay the extra £200 for the bed going back to be cut to get upstairs.

Good service for a great product

Mattress delivered exactly when they said it would be by two very professional and helpful men (Greg and Ryan).
Given the current covid situation I was very impressed with the ppe and social distancing - the guys were very good, polite and clear on what they could and couldn’t do. They did the delivery with least amount of fuss possible and worked to both their own guidelines and mine.
Good service for a great product.

Furmanac beds

I ordered an adjustable bed for my sister who is disabled.
The service was excellent, the drivers called in advance, they came in reviewed the space before bringing the bed in, explained exactly how it works.
The two men were incredibly considerate, friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Service with a smile

Super friendly, efficient delivery drivers who were in and out before I could blink! I sleep so much better now on my new nature’s comfort mattress, the inbuilt topper is sublime!
