delivery of new bed

just had a bed delivered, good customer service, delivered on day without issues, polite and helpful delivary drivers, think there names were nicholas and dan, very professional team. would reccomend

my Delivery of my bed

Driver called me & advised that he would be on time, & just as he said he arrived on time very please with the Delivery driver nigel very polite & courteous just what any customer would want & thanks again Furmanac 😉

Nothing too much trouble, extremely professional

Nothing was too much trouble for the guys who delivered and installed my new bed. I was informed on the morning of the delivery approximately what time the bed would be with me, and then again approx 30 minutes before actual arrival.
Jason and Kieran were very professional in their job, and literally nothing I asked was too much hassle for them. The guys did a walk around before attempting to bring the bed inside, The bed was installed quickly and all packaging was taken away. The guys explained everything about the operation of the bed thoroughly and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything. If all the staff at Furmanac are like the two technicians that came to me then all credit to the company.

Dear Sirs,

We tried our best to explain to you that due to the fact our extraction unit failed at approximately 3pm on Thursday 13th an engineer could not attend the building until 6am the following day so we had to delay your order by one working day. Due to health and safety laws in the UK we are unable to operate wood machines without the appropriate extraction.

You advised us that you are doctor and that you were not prepared to take any time off work so we offered to visit you before 7am or after 6pm whatever time to suit on Monday. You then advised us that you were actually leaving the country on the Monday so if you didn't receive the bed you would cancel. We tried to explain that the safety of our workforce was paramount but you still cancelled.

Yes we make everything the day before, everything it is made to order, hand made in the UK.

We are unsure why you got rid of your bed Thursday as your delivery was not planned until Friday anyway...…….

We are sorry you are upset and hope you find some solace in our explanation today.

delivery drivers are great ... management is poor

i cant praise the two delivery drivers enough they phoned me to give me a time for my delivery,they arrived on time and where polite and friendly just a pity the same cant be said about the company , when you tell them there is an issue they find it quiet amusing and start to laugh at you as if the issue you have is acceptable and this came from a woman in high management .this company is totally unprofessional in its attitude towards its customers wouldn't buy another product from them.

i received a replacement bed not a free bed, if the bed hadn't become faulty through poor design then the replacement wouldn't of been needed, so i haven't received any favors.
all i want is a quality product that is fit for purpose is that too much to ask for.

our bed delivery

All purchased from Dreams
available delivery date txt to me quickly, but with no time
I accepted date
day before delivery after i had taken a day off work grrrrr
delivery time 18;00-21:00 on a Friday
absolute joke
driver called 19;30, " we been in an accident but we will be with you in 1 hour"
sure enough they came Craig and Mike and installed the bed like true professionals
ref delivery times, no chance to change, Furmanac gave no contact detail to change time. Angry because the delivery guys first drop in the morning was 7 miles away and by the time our bed was delivered the guys had done a tour of Wales
