My son is in his 2nd year with FUSED Bills and we have always had good service from them. Got really good priced contracts both years. Easy to get hold of and really like the fact that there is always a real person at the end of the line...whether that be online or on the phone!! They take ownership of any problems and work to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

The internet provided did not cover the house. The customer service takes 20 minutes to respond even though the sales team picks up instantly.
They also had us backdate the payments even though we only needed bills from September onwards we had to pay for June and July.
Fused is amazing at selling you their product, but once you’ve paid, they hold you hostage with long customer service wait times and a 100 quid early exit fee.

My son and two friends moved into a student house first week of September. They signed the contract in June to start from the 1st July and the agent recommended for them to sign up with Fused for all their utilities with one simple payment. The 3 of them started paying in July despite not living in the house. What has happened since has been nothing short of a nightmare. Each month messages are sent saying each other has not paid. They have fraudulently taking money from the account of my son to cover "non payment" from another tenant even though proof has been provided they had paid. That money has not been refunded. October a message was sent to say one of the tenants owed over £1500 and another owed £180. (by this point they have lived in the house for 5 weeks and in contract for about 10 weeks) They have in total paid this company c£1000 over 3 months between the 3 of them and are now dealing with a 7 day warning for cancellation of the contract with a £100 charge and threat of disconnection fees from all the utilities suppliers. The stress this has caused is immeasurable, they are students 2nd year at Uni and working part time to get by. The strain of this is affecting not just them but their families as well, it is completely unjustified and to threaten them with this and continue to ask to prove they have paid when clearly the issue lies with their systems is disgusting.
