Callum Johnson totally saved the day, answering all my questions and fixing everything. It's awesome, we got our first quote. Thanks again! We had those old key and card top-up meters, and since it's busy, Fused couldn't convert them to smart online meters. So, we sorted that out with our service provider once the smart meter was swapped. We got the quote from Fused. Heads up, after the swap, don't pay any bills to any provider. That's when you can start a quote with Fused.

The customer service team is very helpful and responds quickly. Big thank you to Sid and Samuel from the team for being so helpful and patient. They were both very nice, proactive and helped a lot.
This will be my second year using fused and they take a big burden off your shoulders from taking away the hassle of splitting bills between housemates, budgeting and finding providers.
Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is because last year there was an unexpected raise in the price halfway through the contract, but apparently this has changed now and it won't be an issue again.
