We would highly recommend Graham + Sibbald. We used them for our home report & our surveyor (Mikey Gill) was excellent. Great communication throughout and very professional.

From a speedy, competitive & detailed quote, to organising Luca the surveyor to view the properties and to then receive the reports all of which was done in a very timely and professional manner. All worked perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Brilliant team.

Michael, the surveyor arrived on time, explained exactly what he needed to do and talked to me at the end in general terms about exactly what a home report consists of. He also explained about the personal questionnaire which I should fill in. The draft home report was sent within 3 days and I was able to talk to the surveyor about any queries I had. I felt that I received a Home Report which reflected fairly the condition of the property.

We were on a very tight timescale to get our property ready and on to the market, Craig Henderson managed to go above and beyond to get our report completed by the next day to get our house ready.
without this level of service it could have delayed our process and we could have lost the property we were bidding on.
