No problems at all getting a home report with Graham & Sibbald, report was done quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Very unpleasant dealings with G+S company (Dundee office) in regards of performing home report on purchased property. Led to significant financial loss and unimaginable distress. After this I was blackmailed to change the bad review and threatened with legal action. Stay well away.

I contacted Graham & Sibbald after a friend recommended them as I needed a new EPC after having solar panels fitted.
I found them very professional and efficient and got me an appointment very quickly and a new certificate issued promptly.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional service from Graham & Sibbald in Stirling - from front office staff as well as from Michael Anderson, who conducted two home reports on my house. Both reflected rigorous but fair standards. The first enabled me to identify issues which I might address before proceeding to market while the second was a later 'refresher' needed by a prospective buyer. All in all, a helpful and useful experience. My thanks. (Any criticism I might have would be directed to the format of the Home Report itself, which gives little room for full understanding or nuanced judgement.)

I was passed the details of G-S from a colleague of mine and have been very impressed with their services from start to finish. They have been very reliable with their communications providing both updates and reports. Their level of knowledge and attention to detail is fantastic. I will be using them again.

We engaged with Daniel Tucker to carry out, Thermal imaging and asset mapping of pumps and motors to two of our Hospitals, which allowed us to see the heat losses and plant condition to inform a plan of replacement. The reports and science behind, secured funding for major window replacements and thermal lagging of roof spaces. Excellent reports provided and customer service ,we are looking to roll out further in our estate.

I needed an independent land valuation for a grant that we were applying for and approached several companies but the most responsive was Graham and Sibbald who not only provided excellent value for money but they listened to the client's requirements.
A first class report on time and great value. I'd have no hesitation in using again in future.

Excellent support and advice from Jared Neville during what was a very challenging time for the organisation. Jared stuck with us over the period of eighteen months until matters came to a close. Would highly recommend G&S to others.

If you are selling your house in the near future I would not recommend Graham & Sibbald Kilmarnock. There was a very clear mistake made in our EPC which they obviously don’t want to rectify as they want £350 for another certificate. Given the fact they are advertising on online priced between £100-150 for any house size. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the Second Time Iv used this Company in the past Two Years, First Occasion was the Dundee Office and Secondly the Glasgow One. The Level is service is Excellent.
The Online Portal is very easy to use and the Surveys were carried out Promptly.
Any Required Report Amendments are Administered Immediately.
On the Second Occasion the Surveyor made a Curtsy Telephone Call to discuss the Survey which was a great Touch
