Gaggia gurus know their onions!

I contacted these guys for some advice and help with my Gaggia coffee machine which was not working properly. They quickly diagnosed the problem from the info I gave them, sent me a Youtube video with instructions on how to fix the issue. I followed these and viola, as good as new.
These guys know their onions! If you love your coffee machine, make friends with them and your Gaggia will love you forever.

Superb, personal service

Superb service from Danny and Katie. Was directed to technical support, got straight through, one on one by zoom and problem was fixed almost instantly. Can't rate the Gaggia team highly enough.

Exceptional Product and Unparalleled Customer Service

I recently purchased a new Gaggia e424 and I couldn't be more impressed! Not only does the product itself feel solid and high-quality, but the customer service has truly set this company apart from others.

Before making my purchase, I had the opportunity to have a Zoom call where I received expert advice tailored to my needs. This level of personalized service is rare and made me feel confident in my decision.

Additionally, I appreciated the proactive communication regarding my order. I received a call letting me know when my item had shipped, which was a nice touch that made me feel valued as a customer.

Overall, it’s not just the amazing product that I’m thrilled with, but the exceptional customer service that has cemented my loyalty to this company. If you’re considering a purchase, I highly recommend going with them!

Before I made my purchase of the Gaggia E24 brassboiler, I called Gaggia direct and spoke to Danny Tawn , I told him about the issues I had with other machines , he had advised me to look into buying the
The Gaggia E24 brassboiler, best bit of advice i got , he was straight forward and honest I have not regretted buying this machine.
On receiving the machine called back and spoke to Dave service manager who was very helpful on setting my machine , it's nice to know your dealing with real people
Who love what they do.

Fantastic Professional Service

Looking to buy a Gaggia Anima but wanted some information on temperatures. Sent an email to which Raj responded quickly offering a phone or zoom call. I couldn't do a zoom at the time, but on the phone, he established exactly what my needs were, kindly explained all the differences with the Anima range and then pointed me to a machine (that I had dismissed) which turned out to be the perfect fit for my needs.

I can't thank Raj enough for his help, patience, time and assistance. I now have a fantastic machine and already am making better coffee than I ever did with my previous pod based system.

The quality of Gaggia speaks for itself but it is the customer service, help, professionalism and aftercare that really matter with this type of product which Gaggia UK provides very well.

One Year On Review - November 2025

Have lived with my Gaggia now for 12 months. Still looks like new and still producing great tasting coffee. Speaking to Raj and getting his advice was the best decision I ever made (in respect of coffee machine ownership and at over 60 years of age, I've had quite a few in the past). Bought some consumables from the online shop a few times over the year (descaler, cleansing tablets, lubricant etc) and all of my dealings have been perfect. Even today, I received an email offering support on my purchase one year on and not looking to sell me anything. Who else cares that much these days? What a great company to do business with.

Problem with my Gaggia Classic

Problem with my Gaggia Classic – seemed to be blocked and taking a long time to produce a cup of coffee – I do live in an area with very hard water.

The website FAQ’s suggested limescale as the problem and their videos told me what to do.

Ordered Puly Descaler from them late yesterday afternoon. It was delivered at 09.46 this morning and my machine is now producing excellent coffee once more!

That’s what I call service.

Gaggia Gaggia Espresso Deluxe Black/Grey [EG2111/64]

First impressions are it’s quite tricky to get used to and the portafilter was very stiff to start with and difficult for my wife to insert. It has loosened now so better. The coffee was just ok to start but that has also improved. My machine was delivered in a box that was very scratched and scruffy and led us to think it may be a reconditioned unit. As I expected a new one it was concerning but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Machine quality is not quite what I was expecting of such a well known Italian brand. Time will tell as to how long it lasts which will prove the quality.

I ordered a spare part for my Gaggia…

I ordered a spare part for my Gaggia Classic coffee machine. Gaggia UK took my money straightaway but two months later I still haven’t received the goods I ordered. I’ve emailed three times and haven’t got any response. I’ve had to order the spare part elsewhere but have lost the money I paid to Gaggia UK.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough

This is without doubt the best place to buy your coffee machine - not only a family run business with people who care, but also the best customer service and back up for technical issues, from any company I have experienced so far in my life [and I'm old]. If you have a technical issue, you can immediately zoom with experts [shout out to Dave and Tony - thank you] who will give you helpful, practical and honest guidance. Honestly, you almost want your machine to go wrong so that you can contact them! Raj Beadle the owner, his daughter Katie - the whole team - fantastic. Highly recommended - and this is not hyperbole!

Two years on..

Two years on...

I have owned my Anima Class beans to cup coffee maker for a couple of years. I am very happy with the machine.

You will notice that there have already been over 700 5* reviews and I am delighted to add mine to the collective. I believe this is not only due the performance of the coffee makers, but the exceptional customer service offered.

Utterly brilliant service.

Utterly brilliant service.
I had a problem with a relatively new Gaggia coffee grinder and emailed them on a Monday evening after 6pm. I got a reply from Raj, within 5 minutes, who passed it on to Katie. Katie contacted me first thing the following morning and arranged a return label and dispatch of replacement machine which arrived on the Wednesday. Unbelievably good service, I wish all companies were this good.

Cannot praise the team at GAGGIA high enough. Raj,Katie and colleagues give excellent service and nothing is too much trouble for them. Very pleased with our Anima Deluxe machine and back up care.

Incredible customer service!

Incredible customer service!
Honestly it’s such a rarity in today’s day and age .
Never a drama, just super quick delivery and everything in order.
My go to for coffee supplies and they even went above and beyond when I had a problem with my Gaggia coffee machine that wasn’t even purchased through them.
These guys are the customer service Titans.

Gaggia Anima

My husband purchased a Gaggia Anima earlier this year. Its a great machine as it both grinds beans and allows for the insertion of pre-ground coffee - great if one of you prefers decaf. The machine is really robust and well made. I would also like to complement Raj and his team at Gaggia UK for the really excellent videos on their website. I have found them and the useful little tips so helpful, as the written instructions are not that clear.

Thank you to Tony and Dave for saving my Monday morning!

We’ve had our Gaggia machine for around 18 months now. When I bought it, Tony and Dave helped me set it up via Zoom and have always been on hand to help with any questions.

This morning, my other half interrupted the machine half way through its brewing cycle resulting in the machine getting stuck and not working.

It was 9.15 on Monday morning and I hopped onto an unscheduled Zoom meeting with Tony and Dave - they had us back up and running within 5 minutes.

I’ve never experienced such consistent and high quality customer service form any other company before. As a result of the services received, I will alway recommend gaggia and always buy from you.
