Great personal and helpful service

My 15yr+ Gaggia stopped working so I called Gaggia and in 10 mins was on a Zoom with Raj who was v patient and v helpful. He gave me links to go on and told me which parts might be help sort the problem. It was all about getting my machine fixed rather than how they could charge money, v honest and straigthforward. If all else fails I can take the machine to them, but hopefully Raj's advice will enable me to fix it at home. Very happy with the process.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Water wasn't coming through the brew head. Answered a Zoom call, identified the fault and told me how to fix my machine. Can't ask for more.

So helpful to have a zoom meeting to discuss the problems with my coffee machine
Slightly disappointed that I can’t get it fixed until the new year and that it might be as long as 4 weeks that I’m without my machine - but at least it’s going to get fixed

Possibly the best customer service I…

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. My coffee machine developed a fault, the live diagnostics of the fault was unable to resolve the issue, replacement machine due for delivery within 36 hours. First class service from Raj and the team

Your customer service is perfect

Your customer service is perfect - at one point there were 2 members of staff trying to help my husband sort out his brew group issue.

Due to their tenacity and level of expertise, they finally managed to solve the problem for which we are very grateful for.

I'm absolutely blown away

I'm absolutely blown away. I thought this level of service was gone from this earth.
Top quality service with no affectations, from really genuine, down to earth people. I'm so glad I bought a Gaggia. Obviously Gaggia are spending money to look after their customers. They used a video call to diagnose my espresso machine right then and there. Amazing!

One day all businesses will be like…

One day all businesses will be like this. Sorted out a problem with my machine in an on-line chat (not obliged to do so) and showed me some aspects of coffee making I wasn't aware of. Will of course now buy more stuff when funds allow. This is how to run a business - compare with my other reviews of 'companies' and see how you keep customers. Astonishingly good service from Gaggia.

Great service

Really good demo of the machine and great staff, friendly and welcoming.
Had a slight issue with the machine, but they replaced it without a quibble and the new one is perfect.
