Highly Recommended!

Thanks to Raj and his team, I was able to fix my Gaggia Naviglio for a fraction of what it would have cost to send back and be repaired. They sent me all the information I needed to diagnose the fault and order the required parts. If you have a fault on your Gaggia coffee machine, I highly recommend that you contact Gaggia first - it could save you a lot of money and also give you the satisfaction of being able to repair it yourself. Thanks again for all your help!

I had a problem with a new accademia…

I had a problem with a new accademia which had developed a leak. I spoke to the repair team on Zoom and they were very helpful. I also had to speak to Raj, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. First class service and I would highly recommend.

Help from abroad (fantastic)

Contacted this overseas team (I'm in Portugal) and even if my issue was not completely solved, is reassuring to have such a team willing to look at our issues with such availability and sympathy.

Impressively knowledgeable and helpful

I am looking to replace an old (15 - 20 years) Gaggia espresso machine and phoned Gaggia Direct for some guidance. Danny was impressively knowledgeable and helpful. My next machine - hopefully a birthday present - will be from this company!

Fantastic aftersales care

Really impressed by the repairs & troubleshooting team. Had a problem with my Gaggia Magenta Prestige - Dave & Tony guided me through some basic repairs over Zoom, and when that didn't solve the issue, I sent the machine in for a full service. They not only solved the problem, they sent the machine back working better than when it was new! A really friendly, helpful, expert service. Top marks

Outstanding customer support.

Raj and his team certainly go the extra mile.
Fabulous customer support, they showed great patience in explaining everything. The zoom call worked very well.
Very prompt follow up emails with great advice.
Gaggia Anima deluxe up and running absolutely delighted with its performance.

Absolutely 10/10 support from the team!

Absolutely 10/10 support from the team. They got me straight onto zoom to inspect an issue and the customer service from them was impeccable. I will always go to them for support and advice on coffee machines now. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you to the team.

Serious with direct relations to the brand

The best place to buy your Gaggia, as they are a distributor (a serious company with direct relations to the brand) and have a reliable team. Mr Raj Beadle, whom I spoke to on the phone, is a very pleasant person and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with the Gaggia Classic 2024 E24, but Katie was very helpful and arranged a proper return — with collection from my address, rather than making me drag the machine to a drop-off point like some horrible sellers do.

I am the owner of a Gaggia Cadorna plus…

I am the owner of a Gaggia Cadorna plus coffee machine, purchased some years ago from this company. Earlier this week I damaged the face plate on the water tank. I contacted Gaggia UK on 8 April to seek a replacement, I received an instant response. I was sent a new face plate via Royal Mail, arrived today 11 April and it fitted perfectly. This Company's Customer Service is first Class and the replacement was supplied free of charge. I purchase from this company all of my coffee supplies and will continue to do so. 5*****
