Excellent service from the 2 gentlemen in the service department. They gave me great advice and helped rectify my issue I was having, quickly and easily even though my machine is a couple years out of warrant. I would recommend.

Gaggia UK has been excellent. I have had several Gaggias over the years, and they have been - on the whole - reliable. Between there have been problems, they have sorted them quickly with no fuss.

I called regarding poor flow on my haggis classic machine. Rag talked me through how to deal with reenergising the solenoid. The machine is now back up to full flow

Excellent service
I contacted Gaggia when my Gaggia Academia developed a fault which prevented operation. Over a zoom call Gaggia provided an excellent service and Raj Beadle did a super job in both diagnosing and assisting me to remedy the fault.

Gaggia brilliant products and excellent service
Having been a customer of Gaggia for over 20 years (I own a Gaggia Classic which has served me more than well) I decided to move into a more electronic coffee to bean machine.
I contacted Danny at Gaggia UK, and he provided the guidance and technical support as regards which machine would suit my requirements.
A super sleek Gaggia Magenta Plus was selected which looks stunning and I ordered it that morning and it arrived next morning recorded delivery.
I can’t thank Gaggia and Danny enough for their support and efficient service, that I ordered the relevant accessories at the same time.
I would recommend Gaggia and the UK team for any top of the range coffee products and I’m more than pleased with my selection – well done and thank you
Since purchasing Gaggia Anima Prestige…
Since purchasing Gaggia Anima Prestige I have had nothing but problems with it. It will not pump water. Whole Latte Love is the distributor. Their customer service is beyond terrible.
I have this machine under a year and ready to toss it due to poor customer service.

Jura and 2 Phillips machines in the past. Never had a day of issues. My mistake trying Gaggia.

Excellent customer service, cannot fault at all. After enquiring about a GCP via email, I received a swift response less than 24 hours later. Within 48 hours I had spoken to the Managing Director, Service Manager and Customer Support Manager who were all extremely helpful and answered every question I had. The warehouse team kept me up to date throughout the packing and delivery process and less than 72 hours from my initial enquiry, I took delivery of my new Gaggia Classic Pro. Highly recommend to anyone looking to speak to knowledgeable people about the Gaggia line-up.
Outstanding service and experience!
I've had my Gaggia Classic Coffee Machine for over 14 years now, it has been used at least once pretty much every day. I've had it serviced occasionally and I have cleaned it on a regular basis but sadly it finally gave up the ghost recently. So I packed it up and sent it off to Gaggia UK in Elland, Yorkshire to save a run on the M62. Danny at Gaggia very quickly confirmed that they had received the package and would come back to me as quick as was possible with what was required. A couple of days later I received a phone call outlining the seemingly extensive work required and potential cost involved. After a chat with Danny they pressed on with the extensive repairs and once I had paid their invoice, the machine was returned via courier. It was to my great delight that all this took just under the working week, I had anticipated much worse to be fair. I now have my machine up and working better than ever and quite frankly it is like new. A huge "thank you" to all the team at Gaggia UK... absolutely brilliant!
Great sales and after-sales service from Gaggia UK!
Great service from the staff at Gaggia UK. My Gaggia Classic was given a very quick minor repair under warranty -because I live nearby, I was able to book this in for on-spot treatment. The engineer also gave me some very helpful tips about keeping my Classic in good working order - all round good service.
While that was under way I was able to collect a new MDF 55 to replace my old, broken down (non-Gaggia) grinder. That's been a huge upgrade - smart, very quiet and much easier to adjust. Visitors have been especially complimentary about the quality of our coffee - the plumber who called this week told me that after his last visit he's bought his own Gaggia machine!
