Poor Customer Service

I ordered a Legend of Zelda hoodie using the preorder method i.e. pay £10, then £27.99 later.

After I while I heard nothing on the order the email them to check up on my order. The reply I received stated I had not paid the pre-order deposit, despite having receipts in my email inbox that had matching shipping and billing addresses on both the pre-order and final payments.

If the employee in question had dug a little deeper they would have found the information I sent to them in reply.

My advice would always pay with paypal or credit card so you can get your money back.

It's a shame I have to post a bad review, because previous products in the past have been of good quality.

Update 1: Got an apology for mix up, but in over a month I still haven't received product or word on update. Requesting refund on payment, but very slow to get back to me on it. Once I get refund I'll never use this site again.

Disgusting service

Placed an order on 18 April for the adventure time mystery box. It has not arrived, I have not been contacted at all to suggest there was a delay,and my email asking where it is,or when it could be expected has been ignored. This is effectively stealing. £40 might not be a lot to them,but it is to me, and the fact they cannot be bothered to keep me updated on order progress or respond to my email just goes to show how little this company cares for its customers.

Still haven't received my Zelda Mystery Box.

Ordered my Zelda Mystery Box at the end of March, and I still haven't gotten it. The staff has been good about sending updates up until May 10th, which is when they said the box shipped. It's almost a month after that now and I still dont have it. I got the free voucher in my email, which is awesome, but I'm not going to even consider using it until I get my first box. Would like an update or at least a complimentary tracking number after all of this waiting.

Zelda box

I ordered end of march. Its june now. No order. They claim they sent in early may but dont answer emails now as to why i dont have have it. This was my son's birthday guft he never got :(

My order took about 2 and a half weeks to arrive to Portugal, not bad at all considering that the shipping was free. Recommended, hope to buy again from you soon.

Almost Two Months Later....Still No Box

I ordered some mystery boxes on April 5th, it is June 1st and they still haven't arrived. Gamer Heaven has been good about communicating the delays but waiting two months for my order is unacceptable. We emailed customer service two weeks ago to ask for a status update and were told "they should arrive this week but since you did not opt for tracked shipping there is no way to confirm." That was on May 18.....still no box on June 1st. I can't believe that Gamer Heaven didn't upgraded shipping (possibly even expedited shipping) for a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars on mystery boxes and still doesn't have them two months later. This is my first and last experience on this site. Hopefully the boxes are worth it....if they ever arrive.

Excelent and fast!

I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order arrived! I was expecting atleast 1-2 weeks, but my hoodie arrived In just 4 working days and i live in serbia! :o The quality is excelent, just as described, and i look forward to wearing my arkham knight hoodie for a long time :3

Order delay

Nothing horrible to report, all items arrived in good condition, but there was a longer timescale between order and delivery, than was advertised. Apart from that all fine.

One month to ship, broken items.

Ordered this Fallout 4 mystery box a month ago and it finally got here today. I was immediately disappointed with the nearly paper thin box holding the items. This is probably why the Bobblehead figure in the package was broken. Also, during shipping I emailed multiple times and rarely got maybe a single sentence response as to where my items were. There was no tracking on package during shipping. Overall a really bad experience and will likely not buy from Gamer-Heaven again unless they fix this promptly. It's a real shame too because the officially licensed merch was quite nice if not broken.

Almost two months and still waiting.

I bought two of the pokemon mystery boxes back in the end of March and now it's almost June. The customer service is phenomenal and they get back to you fast. Also good with update emails about your item(s). Just starting to get tired of the emails that say the same reason why they aren't here yet and got one on the 5th that said I'd get a shipping email soon and now it's the 20th. Also it has been so long they did give me Giftcards and said they'd send some extra gifts so that's really nice. Really good company just the wait is very long on this mystery box.

Superb customer service

Contacted gamer heaven as slight hole in my shirt that I ordered, they despatched a replacement immediately which was received the following day! Superb customer service!

Nothing Special

I got the UC4 "Mystery Box" today & all I have to say is that it didn't have much of a WOW factor. The box was a little banged up too (which I understand you can't control). I already own some of the clothes that arrived in the box. The silver key chain & pins I also own too. I read some place that I would get an exclusive uc4 item that "you can't find any place else" ........yeah, I didn't see any exclusive uc4 item in my box =(

Not so good

Sure the delay of 2 and more weeks didn't help, but I also didn't like the fact that I paid 10$ more to have a tracking number and I didn't have one. I still don't know where is my package and when it will arrive. If it does.

My package was delayed and has still not arrived, support stopped replying after my second email.

First I got an email saying that my Zelda mystery box (order #3336) might get delayed by a week, which I understood and was perfectly fine with.

2 weeks after that I asked for an update since I heard nothing from them after a week, to which I got a response saying it should ship out soon.

Fast forward this by 3 weeks and support has stopped replying to my emails, to this date I have not received my box.
