Gamer Heaven 

I still haven't received the Zelda mystery box, but I keep getting reminders to do this survey. So here I am. I hope I receive it. I've gotten all the apology emails & offers to buy more on the site at a discount, which is nice I guess. But I don't know if I'll be buying more. I ordered the box 03/25/2016, and today is 5/16/2016. LoL. So.... Do I need to say anything else?

I am pleased with experience but one item was received damaged (not some superglue couldn't solve). I feel good about the customer support, contact and contains of the "loot crate".

Second time i used them, first time they were slow but i thought i'd give them another go. This time, Extreamly poor, over 5 weeks to dispatch. They missed their own deadlines 4 times. And when it turns up i don't feel its anywhere neer the value advertised. took to long to get back to my questions and did not update in a timely fashion.

I will not likely be using Gamer Heaven again.

Overall it felt like i was dealing with an amateur company. I wish it wasn't the case.

I was hosed by the previous owners, but the new company has tried to make it right. They've responded to my emails and are on the right track to change the negativity the previous owners have left.
They are working hard to regain customer trust.
Give them a shot!

The items are all amazing and the people are all friendly and willing to help if anything is wrong or if you have questions.

I'm giving three stars because they responded quickly, but I still haven't received my shipment after almost a week of it being shipped. They can't provide a tracking number either, so it seems a bit sketchy. We'll see.

I ordered a mystry box that said something along the lines of "order now, while supplies last" so I did. They said it would be shipped at the end of march and march ended and a week later... nothing so I had to email THEM asking what's going on and they explained the situation(not enough supplies due to quantity of orders. So much for while supplies last) then another week went by and still nothing. THEN I get the generic email for everyone saying that it'll ship at the end of april. Well at least they're consistent because it didn't ship then either. A few days later I finally got an email that it did ship but I didn't get a tracking number and havnt heard from them since. A simple gift for my girlfriend turned into a disaster. I hope the contents are worth it

My order took about a week to process but arrived the day after it said dispatched. It arrived in perfect condition and am very happy with my purchase.

I WAITED FOR 2 MONTH for my mystery box to arrive and when it final came HOW DISAPPOINTING it was.
two months and £40 later and all I got
2x T-shirts
1x mug
1x socks
1x mints
1x key-chain
1x small plastic figurine

I should of asked for a refund when i still could

Great products available to order... I placed my order in mid March, it's now May and I still haven't received my order. Gamer heaven is great with updating you on delays etc. They informed me that a vendor was shot in them on a few items which is causing the delay.

Don't count on receiving your order if you need it by a certain time frame.

I ordered my item on the 18th of April and I got my shipping confirmation the 10th of may. Taking quite a long time just to verify their order.

When I ordered from the site I was very excited to be receiving this collectors item that I had wanted for ages.. I got it within two days of the order so I was actually amazed by the speed and efficiency of the service.

However; When I did open the item, it was intact and looked perfect.. When I actually went to look at it, I released put of the mechanism and it snapped... I now have to send this product back which is upsetting but I am glad that the customer service just offered to exchange the item without any trouble.

I am very pleased with the service and Look forward to receiving my replacement

Do not shop with his company. I was told that it should be at my doorstep in a maximum of seven days. I used PayPal pay after delivery, and 14 days later they said they were going to charge me because 14 days have passed since the payment date, so I filed a dispute. PayPal ended up charging me about $100 past what was promised to be charged, and then I had to deal with that problem as well as gamer Heavens lack of response to emails, both to me and to PayPal, and then gamer Heaven has the balls to send me an email saying that we know we're late will give you a gift of x amount orex value, and it will be at your doorstep by this date guaranteed. Surprise surprise, it was not at my doorstep on that date. It's still to this day has not shown up. I have received no response from the company, except for ads for deals shopping with them which I will not do again and I advise you do not either. Gamer Heaven is a scam, a waste of time, and they will not be around for very long if they continue like this.

EDIT 1:

Shipped May 10th, you say? What happened to Guaranteed at my doorstep by April 29th? it's May 13th now, so effectively thats a minimum of 2 weeks after the first Delay. STILL Unnacceptable service. Re-Do my Review? Please tell me what you intend to do to fix this before I do. I expect the one gift isn't included too, based on what Little Response I've had so far, I hope that Paradigm is incorrect. also, Should arrive this week? or next? More like a Wizzrobe, Showing up, Taking money and then dissapearing. I'll believe it when I see it. But right now, I am very underwhelmed by the service given so far.

EDIT 2:

So, My product still has NOT arrived. Be there by next week? Rethink my review? Nope. Neither are likely to happen unless something RAPID changes. the "be there next week" psrt is already half a week late and counting still. Gamer Heaven? More like Gamer Scammer! Rated: negative10 /10. Such poor conduct thus far. How long exactly am I supposed to wait for Products from you? This is Horseshit.

Give this company a chance, one of my orders was a bit late but they clearly care about customers and are obviously trying to rectify little niggles that may occur.

I wasn't expecting a free item, the fallout cap is great- some really nice details and worth three times the key rings I ordered- thank you so much, a really nice touch. I'll be back!

Could have bought any of this online.
