Gamer Heaven 

I got this for my son age 17 he loves it ,he loves the tophat and the bag and absolutely loves the assain Creed hoodie , he also brought me a prezzie which was quite nice

All in all gamer heaven is not great. I'm still waiting on my fallout mystery box (which has been delayed another 4-6 days) also I ordered a vault tech sweater and keyring in my excited state,apparently it's on the way but when I go on to the Royal Mail tracker it says come back later(so the Royal Mail thing is a waste of money really). Getting hold of customer service was a bit of a mission at start but I kept on emailing them until they got back in touch with me. They offered me a 12% discount off my next order which was kinda cool but I got 30% discount off my order so I just laughed at that.also most of their stock online is sold out?! What's with that? I would order from them again . I just know it will be a long wait!

Firstly, Gamer Heaven finally sent my item over a month after it was ordered. And that was after several emails. Emails in which they told me they would also be sending me an 'officially licensed Destiny shirt' to make up for the delays. Nope! It didn't arrive. The size of my hooded sweatshirt was supposed to be XXL, and came as an XL.
Secondly, they do have good quality products, but I don't believe they care about customer service.

They have cool stuff but I order two different items one was almost a month ago which still hasn't shipped and another is almost here that I ordered a week ago. As a customer I'm a little upset that I paid for something and a month later still have no clue when it is being shipped. As a business owner I think they could have handled this situation better by doing a lot of things like telling me that they were out of stock temporarily or telling me when they honestly expected to ship it instead of keep telling me soon or this week.

I ordered a fallout 4 mystery box a week ago and still hasn't shipped, had to send three emails just to find out that's it's because they didn't anticipate the demand. However I did also order a batman mystery box, which has actually arrived and was very pleased with the content, could definitely see the £50 of content.

Would use them again, but unfortunately not for any gifts as dispatch time is unreliable

Ordered the Destiny Gift Box. The hoody was green and not orange and black, was shown with a black baseball cap (which was my main reason for placing the order) with a stitched logo on the front but got a red and black beenie hat instead. Was a bit disappointed to be honest as i was expecting the items shown rather than completely different ones

I ordered the beginning of March. Here it is almost May in 2 days.. and I still don't have my item. They didn't ship it for a month, and according to the tracking it has been on an airplane for 2 weeks! It only takes a day to cross the ocean. We have ordered things from Europe and Asia for and it has only taken a month to get here.Thats why I am not ordering again cause they got their money 2 months ago, and I didn't get anything. :(

My item was sent a little longer than I thought it would be but, I got my stuff I. Less than a week so no problems. I also got a free t shirt so I can't complain :)

Very quick and easy process, swift delivery and no issues

Their customer service and timing was not very good at all. I ordered something over a month ago and still have not received it. I went to get an update on the status of my package about 2 weeks ago and when they finally emailed back, there were many spelling errors and other things that did not make sense at all.
I'm still waiting on the package to get here. Last week I received an emailing confirming the shipment of my package. Still nothing, but hopefully it arrives soon. Legend of Zelda is my favorite! I want to order more things from them, but this experience is leaving me feeling a bit nervous to do so.

nothing more to say ,late shipment, lack of communication, no professionalism , they neglected me and keep in mind , I have tried contacting them many times

keep in mind also it is not my first worst experience with them

keep in mind that I ordered on April 12 and today is April 28 and I have not received anything at all !!

not only that they did not respond my emails m they responded 2 times out of too many and they told my sorry it might take 4-6 days to ship

as of today , it has been 16 days !!

guys for really stop this , you are unprofessional and the worst by far

please, guys, do not believe them at all , I gave them too many chances before writing this review ..

I will never buy anything from you again

After placing my order a few days went by with no dispatch I sent an email.. No reply sent another email no reply.. Luckily I was able to file a dispute through PayPal. Within the hour after filing a dispute I received and email confirming my dispatch. Coincidence? I think not. within 48hrs I received my order. And exactly what I ordered, no damage and well packed. On the basis of customer service I would avoid this seller.

Pretty cool gear. About the price I would expect to pay if I'd bought all of the items outright. Package was delayed a bit, but I received a discount voucher for my next purchase. That was a nice gesture. I was a bit on the fence about what the experience would be since I'd seen some of the reviews, but I wasn't let down. I could see myself possibly making another purchase from this company if I saw another item that interested me.

Everything was awesome except I did not receive the package with my sweatshirt I got the package that was supposed to be a sale item special and you got a destiny sweatshirt I got a destiny t-shirt I wouldn't have paid that much money for a T-shirt and a hat is looking forward to my sweatshirt can this be resolved

It has been 40 days still no arrival I have been charged

So I had ordered my Destiny mystery box well over a month ago, there was issues with the items in stock I believe. But as soon as got it I was very pleased. Shared my items when my younger brother. But they must run in UK sizes because I run a US XL and the jacket I received seemed to be a medium. (Make all the fat jokes you want)

Honestly everything is much better then I expected. My new jacket fits great and is amazing

I received my Legend of Zelda hoodie much quicker than I even anticipated, which was very nice. After I put in my pre-order, I asked them a question, to which they replied right away. I love the hoodie. It looks and feels fantastic. I just should have ordered two sizes larger than my actual size instead of one size larger because it fits a bit snug and I had trouble zipping it up at first. But that's on me. I would definitely buy from them again and am actually looking to do so in the near future.

Although things weren't as smooth as they could have been, the product (in this case a Hoodie) is excellent and in the end it was a great experience, i would highly recommend them to anybody who wants officially licensed game merchandise

They rectified the wrongs of the previous owners of the company and were very helpful when the item broke (replacement arrived quickly)
