I ordered the Zelda hoodie in late March of 2016. With all of the horrible reviews I was afraid that I wouldn't get my item. I just received it today April 25th. Took about a month but it's all good. It's here and looks exactly as pictured. Thank you very much!

I ordered a Zelda mystery box over a month ago I have only recently received my item with only one email from gamer heaven apologising and saying that I would receive a free tshirt which was no where to be seen with my package. I did email them and have not received anything back. The items on the other hand from my mystery box are amazing. Good quality items definitely worth the money not the wait though.

I ordered a mystery Zelda box over a month ago, and have only just received it. A couple of days after I placed my order I received an update email saying that there was going to be a slight delay, but my order would be shipped the following week and with a free t-shirt as an apology for the wait. Fair enough. However, my order wasn't shipped a week later, and I received no explanation as to why until I chased several times. Again, I was told a week, but again nothing, and no communication until I chased.
I finally received my box over a month later, it was ok, ... but that tshirt they promised to apologise for delay was nowhere to be seen!

Overall, really disappointed, and won't be ordering from them again.

Good communication, but only after I made enquires. I have ordered another item, but have had an issue with the price advertised, compared to the price paid, I have emailed them and am waiting for a reply.. Update will be forthcoming

The item took months and months to arrive which might not be so bad except that the site makes absolutely no effort to respond to emails in any way.

Placed order and paid they PayPal on 4/10/16. Got a confirmation about money received, but still have not gotten the package nor a reply to the email I sent in regards to this order.

I ordered 1 fallout 4 hoodie. I wanted two words printed on the back as they offer with it. I paid £40... It took nearly 3 weeks to do this... During this time I was given no info on what was happening with it, so I thought they had stolen my money and every time I tried to get in contact with them, they were not in. Very bad service from these guys. Will not be buying from them again and will urge anyone not to go near them as it's clear they just want your hard earned money and will probably do a runner like the last owners of the company! Joke company! HA!!!

I'm very happy with my item, but the women's large isn't that big still, it just fits me.

Our order was delayed due to circumstances out with their control, but we were kept informed at all times and staff consulted us to see how we wished to proceed. We were not fobbed off or fed a line. Just excellent communication and service. If only every business were quite so helpful the world would be a better place! Highly recommended will be using their services again with out a doubt.

Ordered the Destiny Mystery Box which took roughly a month to arrive. Along the way was made the promise of a free t-shirt in apology for the hold up, this never came. The box itself... I'm sceptical of the value placed on it for 2 hats, a t-shirt a wallet and some ridiculously heavy keyrings.

After emailing and phoning and getting no reply I am forced to leave this review and now contact PayPal to deal with this. I have waited 2 months for my order aftter it being delayed for running out of stock they still haven't bothered to send it! Save your money and go else where they clear don't care for there customers

- yeah there are great discounts, but you have to weigh in all the other stuff against that. As for the free shipping ? only if you spend over £30 so its not free shipping. Used to be but its not now.

Ive bought from GH before. 5 times in fact only 1 of those times went without any problems so maybe its my own fault get suckered again because of great discounts, but they really arent offering a BASIC service here. This company seriously stress me out. I actually dont think I will ever recieve my item now. GH are THE worste online company I have ever bought from.

I cancelled my order after waiting over a month this company is a joke I was sent a refund today but haven't been refunded the post and packaging for a parcel that never got posted or packaged if I had read the reviews here before hand I never would have ordered big waste of time and money looking to speak to a lawyer

So basically I assumed, which one should never do, that this product was actually hold my laptop and some other stuff, due to the tagline "Can fit you laptop, tablets, phones and everything you need to go on an adventure with! " Unfortunately, it appears they had a macbook in mind instead of your typical Microsoft laptop. Also it appears that the strap is rather short. at its max height it may fit someone who is around 5 foot 8, or 172.72cm, with a light build. Shipping was a little bit long then what was posted, though I do expect a delay when anything goes over seas. though the design is cool and the material is good. I just wish it was bigger all around, maybe in the future they will give multiple choices in sizes

After I ordered from gamer heaven, I saw a lot of bad reviews and I did get anxious. My order took a long time to come but that wasn't down to gamer heaven. Perhaps an email explaining the situation may have put my mind at ease about why my order took so long. But overall happy :) my hoodie is amazing and fits perfectly, thank you! :)

The item I ordered is great, no issues there at all. Easy payment but not too impressed with the pre-order communication. I personally felt that I had to contact them in order to get any sort of confirmation the item was to be dispatched, as I believe (I may be mistaken) it had passed the stated release date. I did get a dispatch confirmation the day after, so whether or not that is connected is up for discussion. The other issue I have is that I received an email stating that if I completed the full payment (I did a deposit pre-order) early I would receive a small free "gift" related to the item. This was nowhere to be seen when the item arrived and I am rather disappointed as the item is for a birthday present and another little gift would have been a nice touch, especially after they used that as an initiative to pay early. Will most likely buy from here again but unlikely to do any pre-orders and will definitely take any offers with a pinch of salt.

Not received my jumper yet and still waiting on my fallout 4 bobble head that was missing from the mystery box I purchased 2 week ago
