Gamer Heaven 

Been waiting months, have received nothing but empty promises. if my hoodie that ordered in December 2015 doesn't arrive I'm filing a lawsuit. This is unacceptable, from the previous company who stole my money, and airwaves apparel for not living up to their promises to fulfill the order.

Highly recommend they took over the previous company for which I already had an order with and kept up the previous order giving me store credit to cover my cost something I'm very thankful to them for as they didn't have to do this. The hoodie I ordered arrived swiftly and was great quality. Customer service from this company is top notch and ill definetly be using again.

Not sure of my order number as I was never given one the only reference I have is the number on my pre-order deposit of £12.99 taken from my card by PayPal in February for a Zelda shield ladies large hoody (reference on payment also states *GMACINVESTM). I am disgusted that this 'company' is avoiding all my emails, calls and comments in regards to whether or not I will be receiving my order or getting a refund. I was so excited to see a Zelda hoody that I could order from a uk company but seems like I've been let down. Of no one bothers looking into this and getting back to me asap, ooks like a phone call to trading standards is in order....

Cool items and I received my order quickly (and well packaged!). Can't fault them!

I had a problem with the previous Gamer Heaven Crazy4ltd. My order from 2014 was never recieved and I never got a refund. they never replied to emails or telephone calls. I was so frustrated. that when I recieved an email from them this year. I responded abruptly. Gamer Heaven has been taken over by Airwave Apparel. I wasn't aware of this at the time.

They replied to my email and a few emails later Heaven Airwave Apparel fulfilled my order. They had no obligations to do so as it was the previous company Crazy4ltd problem, they took the chance that if they helped then I may remain a customer. They didn't have the exact product however they gave me the full amount I paid in the form of a discount code. I have used it and recieved my item within days.

I had lost my confidence in purchasing anything from Gamer heaven back in 2014, 1 month ago Airwave Apperal fulfilled my order. I have no doubts that I will purchase from Gamer Heaven again.

The new owners of the company gave me store credit on a product that I never received from the same companys old owner two years ago and then I used it to purchase two items which arrived promptly and in good condition.

A very impressive turn around from a company that had a horrible reputation to one which is really blossming with good customser service and fast delivery.

Will buy from them again!

I received my Assassin's Creed 4 black flag hoodie today which is exactly after 6 days since it was shipped as was promised. But, the only issue I have is that the design of the product displayed on the website is not what I received. I like it and I'll keep it although it would have been better if the design was the same. You guys should change the image on your website. Thanks

I had been waiting for this item to return to stock and when it did I ordered. It arrived in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to order from the NEW Gamer Heaven again. As for the hoodie, I like it but it's quality does fall a little short and I kind of wish now it was just a jacket without a hood.

I got this discounted box (30 down from about 60). Arrived in good time yet i felt £30 for the contents was probably as high as i'd be happy with.

had i paid full price and received the same contents i would have been very unhappy

Value of goods was more than I paid but not too sure if adds up to the £60 they claim its worth.

I ordered the Fallout 4 bot and it was packed full of cool and interesting items from Fallout, really good delivery times as well.

After having several issues with the old owners I was hesitant to risk ordering again but after it changed hands my inner gamer got the best of me and I am proud to say I am very happy with my order :)

Originally i would of only given 1 Star as i went around it circles with the old owners trying to actually be sent my order then trying to get a refund after i realise they were just messing me about.

How ever i didn't know they have been taken over so when i get sent an email about new products i sent one back telling them to basically do one.

I was shocked i got a reply letting me now about how they had brought he company name as the people before had basically gone bust. They even told me if i could provide proof of my old order they would give me store credit to that value to spend with them. Which ill be honest they didn't have to do which shocked me so spend my store credit and got my teams super fast and once there is a bit more stock choice ill be back to buy again as the products and service I've received was better than i expected.
Well done people keep up the good work!
