This is my son's favourite company. Ordering on the website was easy and an email was sent to me informing me of dispatch. The hoodie arrived earlier than expected which was great!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I even received a £5.00 voucher for my next order.

I ordered my self a Fallout 4 mystery box as a test purchase as GamerHeaven is under new management. Before ordering I decided to watch some unboxings and I came across The Games Shed who actually advertises for GamerHeaven. What this guy was unboxing and what I received was completely different! Now not only was the contents of my box subpar compared to this guys. I never got a bobble head while he got two! And he had way more stuff in compared to mine. Even down to the packaging, he had a lovely Fallout themed box to house all his stuff, while mine was a standard brown parcel box.

I ordered the Fallout 4 Mystery Box which is advertised as containing official fallout 4 merchandise. On delivery, I was rather disheartened to see that not a single item of the contents including a cap, mug, tshirt, socks and wallet matched either the images available on the Bethesda website or Gamer Heaven. I contacted Gamer Heaven to find some information and then having further researched the items I was quite concerned that I had been sold counterfeit goods, or certainly goods that were not as described. Their initial response was rather uninterested and they said that they were official as far as their supplier was aware (this sounds to me like a total con). They said that if I didn't believe them I should contact Bethesda. I am still waiting for a reply to my request for a refund or proof that I have actually been provided official merchandise but that it is just of a terrible quality and looks different from the official stuff.

UPDATE: I have been fully refunded and told to keep the goods as a gesture of goodwill. If the goods are actually official then they are of an awful quality so I would not recommend their purchase.

Package came earlier than thought and exactly was more than expected. Would buy from here again

This is the second time I've bought from Gamer Heaven and I've never had a problem with them. The items arrived promptly given the distance they had to travel, and the items were good quality. I'd definitely would buy from them again.

Gamer Heaven has awesome items and always arrive on time. The only thing I don't like is that their items sell out very fast.

The level of service and delivery was good. Nothing wrong with, and easy too.

I ordered from the old owners and never received my order. After several months I heard there were new owners and to contact them. I did and received in store credit for my old order. Unfortunately what I had previously ordered was not in stock at the time. So I waited. A few weeks passed and I checked every once and awhile. Eventually I decided what I wanted to get and ordered it playing for the difference in price. I received a confirmation e-mail and thought everything was awesome. I check back a week later and the sweatshirt that I ordered is no longer even on their website. I sent an email with my order number to the company and have yet to hear anything back from them on the status of my order. I had my hopes up to finally get what I ordered 6 months ago but I guess that wont be happening any time soon.

Like most I was a bit dubious of the Fallout 4 care package as there was very little clue about the content apart from the ability to pick a clothing size.
I expected a month long wait for my confirmation email and then endless emails to try and find my box in the ether of the Royal Mail missing parcel system 😕...

I GOT NONE OF THIS!

I recieved the confirmation email yesterday (the day after I paid for it).
I received the box today at 9am.
That's pretty fast in anyone's books.

I'm pretty happy with the contents BUT...
**SPOILER**...
The cap doesn't fit anyone with a big head lol (snap fitting or not) so this now sits on top of the missus who wears far cuter than I.

Everything else is very good. Nice and novel.

But please tell me one thing...
What's with the tic tacs?

First let me be honest I've ordered from the original owners that ran this company and I couldn't tell you how horrible they were!

So I got an offer to trust these new owners of the company and I couldn't of been more happy with the prompt responses and receiving my items in amazing collector condition as I'm located in Arizona and they came from very far away.

Couldn't of been happier with them.

This company is definitely in the right hands. I have made a couple of orders with them and they have shipped in on time every time. One of my orders was never completed with the old owners. When the new owners took over I contacted them about the previous order and emailed them my receipts, they gave me store credit for what my previous order was. Very pleased and satisfied. Keep up the good work!!!

I ordered a mystery box so I can't complain about the products I received. Delivery was fast considering the product was shipped from the UK to the US. The packaging however was falling apart by the time it reached my home.

Do not use. No customer service help and they are quick to take the money but the threat of trading standards was the only way i received my order

my order got forgotten for several months and when the company changed owners i had to complain to the new owners who at first didn't want to give me a refund. but i kept on emailing and they finally agreed on giving me store credit for the same amount i paid for on my original order with the previous owners. In the end I was still pleased with the merchandise I received for free with the store credit.
